Dedication
This book is dedicated to the truth and to all those who sincerely seek it and defend it against lies and deception, who, in spite of hard-wearing reprisals and persecution, maintain their integrity and place noble principles above personal interests. It is dedicated to those who, like David against Goliath, stand against a seemingly over-powerful system of injustice and who say: This far and no further!
It is also dedicated to those who have not yet had the courage to do the right thing, perhaps out of concern to do the wrong thing or because of a misplaced sense of modesty. So that they may find the strength to recognize their importance and let thoughts be followed by words and words be followed by deeds.
Thank you for choosing to pick up this book. Inside, you will find information that is true, honest and backed up by reliable sources and hours of research. All sources will be listed at the end of the book so that you can see for yourself we mean nothing but the best.
Unfortunately, the mainstream media does not feel the same way. Suppression of information takes place every day along with censorship on our favorite social and sharing platforms, plus search engines. Without naming names, we are sure you know what we are referring to.
Who We Are?
We are men and women of the world, just like you. We are everywhere, on every continent. We demand the real and true account of the virus. We are preppers- your friends and family who “stock up” and know how to handle matters of safety and security in the event of any threat.
We are Patriots, people who love our home country. Too often, that word becomes associated with the USA, but Patriots come in all forms and are found in every nation and every continent. Just like you, we love our home countries and want the very best for all of its people regardless of race, age, social status or education level.
We are people who want to be informed. The Internet is a wonderful place, because individuals of all walks of life can gather and share information, ideas and talk about things others in their lives might find questionable or a bit strange. However, the disadvantage of all that great talk is that opinions and ideas become skewed and sometimes the facts get lost.
Thus, we decided to create this book as a means of filling you in with the real scoop on the origins, reasoning and outcomes of the Virus outbreak. It can get overwhelming trying to nail down information, so this book makes it easy by putting everything in one place for you to read, reference and share with friends and family.
Even if you do not think of yourself as one of the individuals we named above, we still welcome you and encourage you to read on- what you discover may surprise and enlighten you.
Sources and Why We Chose Them?
You will notice that none of our sources come from places most folks get their news: places like the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times or even major news networks like FOX, CNN or MSNBC.
This is because we believe these sources are not truthful and impartial in their reporting. These sources are politically slanted, are supported through advertising dollars of giant corporations with their own agendas to push and have been known to incorrectly or falsely report stories.
Our sources come from alternative media outlets, analysts, intelligence agencies and system insiders. They all feature competent, articulate individuals who desire only to report what we all seek: “Just the facts.”
We thank you for your time during this brief introduction. Without further ado, let’s begin this journey of knowledge.
Heard the term “deep state” but not sure what it means? The term refers to the idea that there is a “secret government,” or governing body within the already huge government of the United States. Inside this deep state, cronyism (the giving of jobs or positions to those closest to those in power despite lack of qualifications or competence for said position) and collusion (conspiring with others to achieve certain goals) run rampant.
Many write this off as a “conspiracy theory,” but evidence of agencies in both the private and public sector working together to govern the United States of America run rampant. The term originated in Turkey during the 1990s but rose to popularity in the US around 2017.
It was about this time that Dennis Kucinich, a former Democratic Representative, mentioned in a news interview that the “deep state” was trying to end the presidency of Donald Trump. Their intention, he stated, was “to take down a president.” It should also be noted that Mick Mulvaney, acting White House Chief of Staff and member of President Trump’s cabinet, indicated that there was a deep state when asked. His words were that it is “absolutely 100%” true.”
Many mainstream news sources such as The New York Times dismiss it as nothing more than the beliefs of conspiracy theorists, but political scientist George Friedman notes that such an installation has been in place since 1871 and works continuously in the federal government. Friedman argues it is a means of limiting presidential powers, as before 1871 presidents could choose their own federal employees.
Just how does this “deep state” play into the handling of a pandemic? What benefits will those in power gain when others are powerless, devoid of work and their freedoms, and most importantly of all, their money?
Chapter 2: Infowars For Citizens
Before we get into the research, let us discuss the definition of the information war, as well as provide some understanding of some of its aspects.
You may hear this referred to as “information warfare” or “information war.” Dan Kuehl of National Defense University states that “information warfare can be defined as the conflict between two states that are making use of the same information landscape.”
Essentially, information is discovered, processed and then manipulated so that the targets of said information accept it willingly and without question. The target ends up thinking and acting in ways that are beneficial to the information outlet or organization utilizing said intelligence for its own reasons.
Information warfare can take place in many forms. First, there is the literal warfare that takes place; such as the jamming of signals as a means of weakening or even rendering useless military communications and guidance. Second, there is the onslaught of cyberattacks that we have come to know about in the recent years.
These cyberattacks happen to companies when users launch attacks against digital networks over the internet. It ends up costing businesses lots of money and can happen to companies great and small. Sony Pictures, for instance, was the victim of a cyberattack in 2014 and it cost them at least $35 million.
PsyOps is the third form of information warfare you should understand. This is a shortened term for Psychological Operations, which are operations carried out as a means of influencing an audience’s emotions, feelings and behavior.
We see this in our everyday life when the publisher of said “information” spreads fear, false information and rumors using social media, news broadcasts or other platforms that get a message out to a huge number of people. Once more, we love the internet for the accessibility and the chance to speak with other like-minded people, but it certainly makes it easier to spread fear and information that is inaccurate or false.
In our world today, it seems like “fake news” and other colloquial terms proclaiming the less than truthful exploits of the media popped up in the last few years. While the term itself is relatively new, the information war has actually been going on for quite some time.
Allow us to reflect on World War I. During this time, we saw the first uses of armed warfare executed in combination with technology fresh from the Industrial Age. It was the first time in which electronic warfare was waged via the interception of wireless communication.
Great Britain cut telegraph cables connected to Germany. All communications had to go through Great Britain at the time, so it was easy for them to do this. Thanks to this, it was discovered that there was an alliance between Mexico and Germany in 1917, all due to the discovery of the infamous Zimmerman telegram.
It was not just the Germans that were recipients of blows due to information warfare. The Russian monarchy was dethroned by the Germans in 1917 all due to Vladimir Lenin. This allowed Germany to launch a double front attack on the Russian Army.
The Germans dealt with the Russians on the Eastern Front, while Vladimir Lenin sped up the fall of the monarchy. It was already due for collapse thanks to poor leadership and numerous military defeats. In essence, Lenin was used against his own people to influence their behavior against the monarchy until its eventual downfall.
While this reigns as one of the best examples of information warfare, there have been greater instances that have come about that dwarfed this particular example.
The examples of information warfare from World War II are prime instances of large-scale operations. For starters, take a look at Operation Bodyguard. This was a 1944 plan of deception which helped the Allies hide the Normandy Beach landing location from the German people.
Many of us are familiar with propaganda from World War II, and this is another instance of information warfare. Propaganda was part of American life thanks to Franklin D. Roosevelt, President of the US during this period.
He understood how easy it was to influence the mindset of the American people using such material and used it to drum up support for the war. One famous example you are familiar with includes “Rosie the Riveter” who appealed to both men, women and youngsters with her message “We can do it!” Even Walt Disney created propaganda cartoons with beloved characters like Donald Duck that would be considered offensive by today’s standards, but certainly had an influence on citizens young and old during their debuts.
The Office of Strategic Services, which would eventually turn into what we know as the CIA today, had a large number of psychological functions, mostly dealing with psyops strategies for overseas armed forces operations.
There was something of a “trickle-down effect” when it came to information warfare. Certainly, what Americans saw and heard was being manipulated, but subordinate commanders took it upon themselves to do the same.
For example, the Army Air Forces made use of leaflets and radio transmissions to execute strategic bombings. The most prominent example of this is the use of leaflets by Major General Curtis LeMay, whose 21st Bomber Command Squadron distributed leaflets to set in motion the evacuation of Japanese cities before those locations were firebombed.
The end result was that the economy of Japan was severely disrupted when millions of citizens escaped to the countryside.
The Air Force was also a purveyor of electronic warfare during the Second World War. At this time, radar technology was being used, and this plus other innovations made jamming enemy signals easier and in turn saved many US Air Force personnel and aircraft in Europe and Japan.
On top of that, the interception of enemy transmissions opened the floodgates to a wealth of information that was essential in the cracking of German and Japanese codes, all while helping to speed up the war’s end.
It was not until the 1980s that information warfare on a larger scale would reintroduce itself; the reason being that the organizations setting it in motion during World War II disbanded due to lack of definition. The practice remained fragmented at best until the Cold War.
During the Cold war, the USA developed a program called AirLand Battle. This served as the framework for the United States Army’s European War Doctrine for the ‘80’s. At this time, information warfare was now given a comprehensive and unified name.
During this time the practice was known as “information operations,” and dealt with propaganda and psychological warfare. The term propaganda brought a negative connotation to the practice, as it was a term associated with Communists at this time. It was not until the 1990s that information warfare would be fully centralized.
General Carl Stiner convinced the Secretary of Defense to create a sector of the military called the Psychological Operations and Civil Affairs.
Although this creation helped establish the importance of such a part of the military, concerns arose that putting psyops under the Special Operations division would obscure their importance in times of both war and peace. Such a power shift would make it hard for both military personnel and civilians to understand the full range of purposes of psyops.
This concern would turn out to be legitimate.
After the centralization took place, psyops and electronic info operations became a small domain mainly used by the Military. This is disadvantageous to the US, as other countries integrate their psyops into public affairs. However, the US cannot perform on such a level.
As a result, the US is somewhat under prepared when it comes to other nations sharing coordinated info campaigns. This is not to imply that electronic communication should be the end all, be all for a nation’s security goals. However, information that is truthful in nature is helpful when it comes to public affairs and large messaging campaigns.
Take for instance, Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield. These took place during the Gulf War, and information was used as a means of manipulation and control over Iraqi forces. The Marine Corps created distractions for the Iraqis, and strategic efforts were also employed to ensure that the French SPOT system prevented Saddam Hussein from spying on coalition movements of the United States.
Indeed, the Gulf War was the start of the Information war era. It was during this time that a doctrine known simply as Operations replaced the AirLand Battle doctrine of earlier years.
The new doctrine was amazing for its time, utilizing strike systems with great precision and intelligence systems marked by supreme efficiency, plus lethality but very minimal effects on friendly forces. The Army also adopted Field Manual 100-6 Information Operations which addressed all parts of information warfare, including public affairs, command and control warfare, and civil affairs. These three components represented the blending of the military, the media, and other figures of authority. It marked the first time the United States understood the importance of public affairs when it came to information warfare.
The reason we have included such a chapter, while seemingly having nothing to do with the current pandemic, is to show you how information warfare is waged on both a military scale but also a public one. The information we receive from mainstream sources is put through a filter before being given to the public.
This censorship and manipulation are good in some ways- for instance, the general public is generally not equipped to view uncensored photography of individuals that have been severely hurt or killed, and some information is upsetting to some viewers such as instances of abuse. But for the most part, the truth is hidden from us, and seldom in a good way.
We hope this chapter has helped lay the groundwork for your continued learning about information warfare.
Biological warfare takes place when infections carried by insects, fungi or bacteria/viruses are used to kill or slow humans or other living creatures such as plants and bugs or animals. You may hear them referred to as “bioweapons” or even hear the term “germ warfare” when discussing this matter.
Biological weapons are used as a means of gaining the upper hand on the enemy. They may be used as a threat, or simply deployed in a certain area to deny access to that zone. They can be made to take down a single person or even an entire population.
The use of bioweapons is not new. Such warfare has taken place since the medieval times, with the earliest use of such methods being recorded in texts from 1500-1200 BCE. Winston Churchill endorsed research during World War II, working with Paul Fildes, microbiologist. The end result was the weaponization of botulism, anthrax, and tularemia among other afflictions.
Bioweapons do not target people alone. They may also be used as a means of destroying plant or animal life which sustains human beings. For example, the United States developed a weapon that could destroy crops during the Cold War. Some bioweapons are capable of targeting fish hatcheries or water-based plants such as rice.
Livestock may also be a target. For example, the US and Canada researched in secret the use of rinderpest during World War II. This is a disease with a high mortality rate among cattle. The respective nations were investigating its use as a bioweapon.
Common signs that a biological attack is underway include but are not limited to:
•Transmission in a rare manner (such as through food or aerosols)
•Many people seeking help simultaneously
•High mortality and morbidity numbers in patients with identical or similar symptoms
•A rare strain of an agent, usually engineered
The term "virus" refers to a family of viruses that can cause very different diseases in their severity.
What would happen if the Deep State released a bioweapon, more precisely, an engineered virus? And how could such a deliberate release be distinguished from an accident or a natural occurrence?
Myths, Facts and Rumors
At the beginning of a virus outbreak there will always be a lot of speculation about it. There will be confusion and uncertainty.
There will be a lot of myths about where and how the epidemic began. Some will say it was created in a laboratory, by a scientist. Others will say it was passed from animals to humans.
No one will know anything about it for certain, there will be a state of chaos. And out of the chaos, a new order will arise, a new world order.
One possibility would be for the virus to start on a "wet market/outdoor market ". The argument could be that the infection began when a mutated viral disease was transmitted from a snake or bat into the body of a human being.
This could happen in the markets of India or China, where animals such as possums, bats, cats and fish can be bought and sold for food.
Another possibility would be that this disease is part of an agenda of "hybrid warfare" of one nation against another. What might fuel this theory is the presence of foreign soldiers on the domestic territory. If a pandemic were to occur in the geographical proximity of such bases.
How Does A Virus Spread?
In today's world, a time of global networking by airlines and other means of transport, infectious diseases are spreading rapidly. Uncontrolled borders and a policy of dissolving nations and thus their borders contribute to this.
Therefore, in the event of an outbreak, it will only be a matter of days before cases occur worldwide in all countries except some remote and sparsely populated areas.
The truth dies first
In all times of crisis the truth is always the first victim. Chaos is an opportunity for change. A change that all parties involved want to influence in their favor. Therefore, in such scenarios there is always a struggle for the authority of interpretation. Everyone will present their view of things. What are the options? Which versions can be expected?
Three possibilities/versions for a virus outbreak are presented and examined below.
In this book, a hypothetical scenario is discussed using the example of a fictitious new virus. Then we discuss how the Deep State controlled institutions, politics, and media, and how the world could react to the appearance of it. From this we can draw conclusions, should such a scenario ever become reality.
Whatever the truth is, the propaganda machine of the Deep State will of course do its utmost to attack this version. But for this it must offer an alternative version.
If the virus was created in a laboratory, the Deep State media will claim that it is of natural origin.
The official version, created by the mainstream media and its alleged experts, could therefore be that after a thorough analysis of the virus related to the disease, it was determined that there is no proof that the virus was created in a laboratory.
Instead, the disease is the result of natural processes, as experts in immunology who are on the deep-state payroll will confirm.
If, on the other hand, it really is of natural origin, they will claim that a geo-strategically relevant player such as a terrorist organization could probably be behind it.
Again, there will be advocates among the experts. And not only will they present guilty parties, they will also, however, have a solution at hand that will introduce new laws and change the world as they see fit.
Infectious diseases, especially those transmitted by viruses, can be transmitted by both animals and humans. It can happen either through indirect or direct contact. But before we get into that, let us talk a little about the organism called a virus. It is a kind of microscopic genetic particle, made up of either RNA or DNA. However, a few specific viruses also have a fat cover-like shell that protects them from various environmental influences. Unlike bacteria, however, viruses cannot multiply without a host. If a virus has no host for some time, if there is no human or animal body available, it will die.
This is the government's justification for people to stay in their homes and exercise social detachment during an epidemic or pandemic.
Viruses are among the rare organisms that can be transmitted to humans via the body of an animal. But, why can't the other microorganisms do the same? This is because the body of a human being and that of an animal function quite differently. When they are transmitted through one environment to another environment, most other organisms usually die.
But this is not the case with viruses. They can easily migrate through hosts and survive the whole process. But how are they transferred from one species to another? There are two ways that could explain this - direct contact and wet market.
Let's talk about direct contact first. For example, a dog currently serves as a host for rhinoviruses, which can cause a cold. But since you are not aware of this, you touched it and playfully stroked it. Now the virus is transmitted to your hands either by saliva or by a skin lesion you may have touched while petting the dog. As long as you do not come into contact with anything, it will remain there, as it cannot move by itself.
However, if you touch your nose or your eyes or mouth, the organism will pass through them and settle in your body. Within a few hours it will begin to multiply and grow at a rapid rate. So as soon as it starts infecting your airways, you will experience the symptoms of a cold, such as coughing or sneezing.
Wet market: A wet market is a marketplace where fresh meat, fish and other perishable goods are sold. In these places people can come into direct contact with viruses by touching the meat of cattle or fish. If they do not wash their hands, the micro-organism can easily enter their body. But airborne transmission can also be a case in this situation. Since the viruses are quite light, they can sometimes float in the air. They can attach themselves to people walking around the market, they can stick to your shirt, trousers or skin.
These are two common cases where a virus can be transmitted from an animal to your body. But they can also get into your body while you are removing the excrement of your pets, such as dogs or cats. If you are bitten by a stray animal, the viruses from its body can enter your body through its saliva. In today's world, however, this situation is rather unlikely.
Viruses can develop by natural selection in a non-human host and then eventually find their way to humans. In this way, other virus outbreaks have occurred, with MERS emerging after human contact with an affected camel and civet cats being the cause of the SARS outbreak in 2003.
A virus found in a pangolin could be transmitted to humans, or it could be transmitted via an intermediate host, such as a ferret or civet cat.
The most common cause of virus transmission from one person to another is direct contact. But indirect contact can also be an important issue in this case.
Direct contact
There are several types of direct contact that can facilitate the transmission of a virus from one host to another. Some of these are listed below.
- Person to person: If an infected person is unknowingly touched, there is a risk of contracting the same disease. Sometimes this can happen before the carrier of the virus knows about his condition.
- Spreading of droplets: The droplets that are usually produced when sneezing or coughing can also transmit the virus from one body to another. In addition, the virus can also be transmitted to another person via the saliva droplets that are produced when speaking.
Indirect contact
The most common types of indirect contacts are:
- Touching objects infected by a virus: A few types of viruses can stay alive for a few days, even if they do not come into contact with the host. Therefore, if they accidentally touch the place where they are infected, it could enter the body.
- Water and food: A few viruses, such as hepatitis A, can also be transmitted through food. This usually happens when contaminated food is eaten without being aware of it. Norovirus is another type of microorganism that can be transmitted through infected water. The disease caused by this virus typically occurs more frequently in sailors.
- Airborne transmission: The issue of airborne transmission is also quite prevalent in human-to-human aspects. For example, when sneezing without covering with hands, some viruses leave the body and spread through the air. However, as soon as it gets close to another person, it gets caught on their clothes or skin and penetrates their body in one way or another.
Viruses can also be transmitted by insect bites. The West Nile virus is one of the most common examples of this.
In 2017 Bill Gates warned that “A genetically engineered virus by bio-terrorists is easier to make than nuclear weapons and could tens of millions of people - and yet no country on Earth is ready for the threat”.
If a new virus emerges, is it a bioweapon? And if so, was the release an accident or was it deliberate? And who released it?
If an outbreak occurs near a bioweapon laboratory, it is reasonable to assume that it could be an accident in which a virus was unintentionally released. Or is it just supposed to look that way?
A Latin proverb that means: "Who benefits? Who benefits in this case from a political conflict between the involved nations. In fact, certain geopolitical conflicts have been predicted by geo-strategists for decades. One of them is Samuel P. Huntington, who wrote Clash of Civilizations.
If it is a deliberately spread bioweapon, this would be a reason for war. Therefore, the forces behind such a bioweapon attack are quite likely the same forces that would benefit from a conflict breaking out over it. At least this is rather obvious. Or is it just supposed to look that way? In war the truth dies first and deception is rampant.
The experts usually classify the aspects of warfare into four different classes, namely nuclear, radiological, chemical and biological. Each of them is highly precarious in its own way and can cause mass destruction. However, unlike the others, biological warfare is somewhat different. It is more strategic, more mysterious and can destroy the course of humanity in the most subtle way. In this type of warfare, a country creates a biological weapon, such as an extremely contagious virus or bacteria, and spreads it throughout the enemy region.
Since the micro-organism is manufactured, the authorities in the infected region would not be able to produce an antidote in the foreseeable future. Before they can do anything about it, the virus would infect large parts of the country's population. It is also much more invasive and faster than other forms of warfare. But the worst thing about it is the lethality of the weapon, which in most cases proves to be fatal.
The history of biological warfare goes back far into the Middle Ages. However, during the First World War (1914-1918) the subject became very prominent.
During this period many countries used the bacteria of glanders and anthrax to gain a strategic advantage over their rivals. The same situation occurred during the Second World War. The then British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill, weaponised several viruses and toxins. During World War II, several biological weapons were developed to win the war.
To test them, England spread them over Gruinard Island in Scotland. While the Second World War ended four years later, the region and its population had to endure anthrax contamination for more than 50 years. Be that as it may, Great Britain did not use its biological weapon during the war. But they have certainly applied the idea of doing the same to other countries, namely Japan and France.
However, these examples go back a long way, which makes it difficult for modern man to understand.
So, let’s take a few examples from popular media, which have shown us the devastating nature of the usage of a biological weapon.
In this 1996 science fiction-thriller movie, we get to see a sudden outbreak of a lethal virus, which annihilates humanity from the core. However, a few people do survive the situation and go underground to save their lives. Firstly, everyone thought that it is just another unfortunate global pandemic, which has taken the lives of so many people. Nonetheless, gradually, everyone starts discovering that a small mercenary group called Twelve Monkeys has released the virus upon the whole world.
In this 1996 science fiction thriller film, we witness the sudden outbreak of a deadly virus that completely destroys mankind. But a few people survive the situation and go underground to save their lives. First, everyone thought it was just another unfortunate global pandemic that has claimed so many lives. But gradually everyone is discovering that a small group of mercenaries called Twelve Monkeys has released the virus around the world.
The context of the film is not crucial here - the whole idea is. The team, Twelve Monkeys, had unleashed something so deadly to the entire world that it wiped out everything within a few months. Like the practical examples of biological warfare, they did it for their own benefit or for their own cause. In the film, we see that even after some 40 years since the incident, humanity is still fighting with the virus because they could not find a cure for it. Just such a terrible fate can be caused by a biological weapon.
Unlike Twelve Monkeys, Contagion does not really talk about the biological weapon directly. However, it definitely does offer a view of what could happen if a sudden unknown virus starts rampaging. The movie talks about a virus called MEV-1, which has a basic reproductive rate. However, unlike the other similar type of microorganisms, it is a lot more dangerous and can cause havoc wreckage if not addressed quickly. Many people also start dying with the infection caused by the virus. Hence, to counter this issue, both the American researchers and a WHO Epidemiologist start conducting research on it.
In the meantime, the spread of the novel virus starts growing even more, which, in turn, causes a sudden global terror, looting issues, and cases of gory violence. In the interim, many people also started to spread the news about the cure, of the disease, being found. A few individuals and conspiracy theorists also claimed that the virus is a biological weapon, which was conducted by a rival country to the USA. However, none of them had any proof that could confirm this statement.
The potentially deadly virus has spread through almost all over the world. Contagion, just like Twelve Monkeys, shows us the true horror of a pandemic caused by a biological weapon. It is insidious, dangerous, and perilous for humanity. Besides taking away the lives of innocent individuals, it can destroy the monetary and structural backbone of a region as well.
Compared to bacteria, viruses are fragile and short-lived. However, when they find a host, they can multiply at an alarming rate. To avoid such situations, one can therefore only try to stay as clean and hygienic as possible. You should also always restrict yourself to not touching your face, ears or nose without washing your hands thoroughly.
This in turn can help you eliminate all germs from your body and avoid the problems they may cause. This, along with strengthening your immune system, is the only way to survive a pandemic caused by either a natural or laboratory-produced virus.
What if you could create an illusion of a crisis without the undesirable side effects of a real crisis? Perhaps an outbreak of disease propagated by the media and parts of politics is merely a phantom created by the same. An illusion or scam, created by a Test open to manipulation, deep state assets and controlled media hype.
Regardless of one’s political party, it will be apparent that deep state-controlled leaders wish to keep everything closed to “flatten the curve”, but such an action is wreaking havoc on the livelihoods of citizens and the economy at large. Which would allow a few to further expand their economic power. Who benefits?
These are just two consequences of such a crisis. Thanks to media manipulation, a pandemic can cause unprecedented fears and drastic measures can be taken to prevent its alleged spread.
The reactions of all nations to such a pandemic should be monitored, as the behaviour of some nations may differ from that of all others
In some of them, restrictive measures may not be taken at all. The economy there will not be shut down.
Other nations might even deny that there is a disease in their countries. There, the state media could be banned from reporting, mentioning the name of the virus and removing literature about the virus (e.g. health brochures) from hospitals, workplaces and places of learning. Law enforcement officials could also arrest those who wear masks or speak publicly about the pandemic. Anything to ensure that an image of normality is maintained.
Presidents could argue with governors, there could even be insubordination. While some enforce strict measures, others may call for them to be ignored because they are too restrictive.
How is the situation developing in such nations? Do these nations know something that the rest of the world does not know? Do the leaders of these nations elude an influence that all other nations are subject to? Is there a power struggle going on behind the scenes between Deep State and men of the people?
There will be an obvious struggle for a sovereign interpretation. And the rifts will run through politics, media and society.
Consider the emergence of virus models. Deep State scientists could make estimates of the extent to which the virus could infect other people around the world, and mention that failure to contain this virus could lead to a large number of deaths.
Many different scenarios could be considered. For example, a scenario in which the world does nothing to contain the spread of the virus, and a scenario that includes various restrictive measures. Scenarios that should help to prevent a large number of deaths.
The "unchecked" response is probably the most frightening: if it were not contained, models could speak of billions of infected and millions of dead. And that only the observance of strict restrictions is a guarantee to keep the death rate relatively low.
More generally, that the world is facing an unprecedented acute public health emergency. That all countries are faced with a choice between intensive and costly measures to suppress transmission, or risk that the slightest deviation will quickly overburden health systems.
That only rapid, decisive, unconditional and collective action will now save millions of lives.
Such a headline is enough to make your heart race. Headlines that predict millions of deaths if the situation is left unchecked.
For the individual who hears about such a pandemic for the first time, this is frightening information. And it's perfect for scaring someone who doesn't know any better.
These models are purely theoretical. They are created using frighteningly high numbers and then they argue that the only way to alleviate such a frightening event is to implement extremely restrictive measures. If such high numbers do not come true, it is attributed to the measures taken by governments, leaders and citizens, not because the "pandemic" was nothing more than a pipe dream or some other disease from which one is very likely to recover.
It works in both directions in their favour: When the numbers go down, they get the recognition and credibility for future control measures. If the numbers increase, the restrictions are tightened and further controls are declared necessary.
In this way, those who want to gain control of society cannot lose. Because it creates the basis for infinitely more far-reaching restrictions.
The media hype can also be used for the hospital system to earn money. For example, it is common practice to pay a hospital three times as much money for a patient who ends up using a ventilator as for a patient who does not use a ventilator.
In numerical terms, a hospital receives up to twice as much for a patient with a serious illness, and three times as much if that patient ends up using mechanical aids such as a ventilator.
State subsidies provide further incentives.
Where financial incentives are created, people are tempted to use them. And this is at least one of the reasons why the numbers will be particularly high in some regions.
Doctors will be encouraged by the Deep State and its organs to list the new disease as the cause of death, with money being the motivator.
And if patients have died, it is recommended to list the cause of death as the new virus. Although other underlying diseases may have been the cause of a person's death, it will be common practice that if the person tested positive for the virus and then died, the cause will be listed as such.
In other words, lung cancer, accidents, old age or heart failure can be fatal, but if the person tested positive for the virus, doctors will be told to list it instead.
Later, in many cases, it will turn out that there was no proof that a person had succumbed to the virus, and such a report alarmed, saddened and encouraged the public in the importance of "social distancing" and the need to shut down the economy. It was undoubtedly frightening for everyone equally.
Such approaches to hype the virus are dangerous. As a result, the number of perceived cases is higher than what is really at stake.
To detect a new virus, it will need a new test. This test will be produced by a small number of agencies. But can those bodies be trusted?
Trust, but verify.
The reliability of such a test should be examined. What could be done by randomly taking some non-human samples of animals, fruits and inorganic material, giving them imaginary human names, gender and age and sending them to the test sites without the laboratory technicians knowing the true identity of the samples.
If the test is reliable, none of these tests will show a positive result.
If positive results do occur, this could prove that the test has an error rate and is unreliable.
But that would be idiosyncratic, as experts do not actually make such mistakes. It could therefore also indicate that it is deliberately manipulative and was designed to give a purely random quota and that people who tested positive were not infected with the new virus after all.
If animals, fruits, inorganic materials are tested positive for the new virus, this is already a strong indication that the tests are faulty and largely unreliable. If this is not just a single incident and occurs repeatedly, it is not just coincidence but has system.
How a test could be manipulated
If there is no virus. If it only exists in media reports and political speeches, how would one have to manipulate a test to indicate a virus?
Many bio-chemical processes take place in the human body. It would be possible, for example, to construct a test that registers such natural processes and re-declares them as a new virus.
Then there would not be a new virus, there would be a new test.
In such times one should also pay special attention to zoos, because there, animals are tested regularly. If positive test results become known from there, this is a further indication that the test is not reliable or measures something else than a virus.
If the Deep State consists of cold-blooded power-hungry psychopaths, why not use a real virus bio-weapon, why a scam with a manipulated test, media manipulation and corrupt health experts? Shouldn't they be completely indifferent when people and animals get hurt? Isn't their goal to sell vaccines and decimate the world population after all?
A bio-weapon is not easy to control, endangers themselves and their dynasties and their power structure, i.e. their collaborators and the institutions they control.
Even if a vaccine is available to them, a virus can quickly mutate and render a vaccine useless. Nature is forging its own path. That is why there are no effective vaccines against the influenza virus, because it is different every year. It mutates continuously. Once a virus has been released, it can no longer be controlled. It would threaten them forever and they won't do that for selfish reasons.
And why release a bio-weapon at all? The illusion of a pandemic created by controlled media, bribed politicians and judges is sufficient to make politics and to create all the changes they desire.
Now some may object that an illusion of this size would be impossible. On the one hand because secrecy would not be possible, and on the other hand because some experts would certainly see through this swindle. Would they really? The Manhattan Project proves at least once already that secrecy is possible for extremely large projects over a long period of time. Up to 150.000(!) people were involved in this project without the public knowing about it. Division of tasks, secret contracts and secret service methods to protect sensitive data make it possible.
As far as the experts are concerned, the vast majority of them are not analysts, not scientists, but specialists who have knowledge they have memorized and apply. These people are just as vulnerable and obedient to authority figures as the rest of the population.
So, what is it really about? Is it a natural occurring virus, a bioweapon that was either accidentally or intentionally released for geopolitical reasons like waging proxy-war, or is it a complete hoax and only real in media reports and backed by faulty test results?
If it’s real, then how dangerous is it? And for whom is it dangerous and under what conditions and in what environment?
If it’s a bio-weapon who created it, who released it and for what purpose?
Aside from the objective truth, at the end of the day, it's whatever the system says it is. Regardless of the objective truth, they will welcome the opportunity to portray it in the way that will give them the greatest financial and political advantage.
In the novel "1984" by George Orwell (civil name Eric Blair) the interrogating representative of the surveillance state O'Brien from the “Ministry of Truth” says to the delinquent Winston: "2+2 is not equal to 4, it is also not equal to 5, it is whatever we say it is, at any given time because the party is always right. Yesterday we were at war with Eastasia, today we are allied with them and we always have been, and anyone who doubts this will be diagnosed by us as insane.”
The industrial complex of media and politics and military-intelligence lies to serve its own interests, not to honestly inform people. They have a very long history of being dishonest and self-oriented.
So, who can you trust these days? There very well may be sincerely honest individuals in the sector of political education, but in the end, it is best to think for yourself, because only sheep follow a leader.
One can listen to all opinions, but should always do so with consideration and never blindly trust, because everyone, even with the best intentions, is only human and therefore prone to misconceptions.
One should not concern oneself with dramas and infighting between figure heads and ideological camps, not focus all one's attention on single isolated events, but rather think about how the mechanics of politics and media work and the bigger picture and how everything connects.
In the words of Eleanor Roosevelt: "Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.”
So, the most important thing is to practice the technique of truth examination itself.
As citizens of the information age and in times of information overload, we are used to not spending too much time on individual pieces of information, because the next, newest information is already available.
The political and social landscape also seems to become more and more complex and confusing. Instead of rushing from one headline to the next, one should therefore take a short break to develop one's ability to analyze information more effectively.
This means that you first have to spend time studying analysis methods, but then you save time because you learn more quickly what information is of high quality and can search these sources directly in the future.
This process of examination requires a certain amount of effort until it happens of its own accord. However, it is a very worthwhile effort, since truth is a valuable asset and one benefits extensively and sustainably from a stronger ability to discern in all areas of life.
In the words of philosopher Socrates:
“The unexamined life is not worth living.”
Rahm Emanuel is known for the phrase, “Never let a crisis go to waste,” and this echoes the current ideas of some prominent people as the world tries to make sense of this pandemic.
To fully expand upon this idea, we must go back to 2019. It was during this time that an exercise among a total of 15 businesspeople, health experts and government officials was taking place.
The event was a collective effort between Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the World Economic Forum. The group of elites had created a fictional virus, named it CAPS, and had their simulated illness spread from pigs in Brazil to its farmers and eventually to the rest of the world.
Over the course of the simulation, the infection reached all people globally in 6 months, and by the time 18 months had passed, 65 million people had been killed and a global financial crisis had occurred.
The individuals involved were United Nations health experts, CDC personnel, and representatives and academics from private corporations. They were individuals you might expect to see acting in the event of a real pandemic.
After 3 and a half hours of work, the group found they could not prevent their fictional disease from killing millions of people.
The organizers of Event 201 are quick to state that the purpose was not to instill fear. They quickly write it off as nothing more than an exercise designed to find and correct gaps in the world’s current pandemic preparedness.
However, we believe there is much more to it than that, and that the virus is being used as a chance for some of the world’s elite to profit both monetarily and at the cost of the public’s freedoms.
One colloquialism you may have seen while performing your own research or communicating with peers is the term “plandemic”, the idea that a virus pandemic could be planned as a means of generating profit for large corporations or powerful individuals.
The deep state media will probably state then that such a virus evolved naturally, should it ever appear.
The purpose of the pandemic for Gates and other globalists could be to provide mandatory vaccinations and microchips to citizens as a means of tracking their health.
And while this may sound like the ramblings of a man gone mad, consider how Gates utilizes vaccines under the guise of philanthropy.
In India, Gates promised a sum of $450 million as a means of eradicating polio. He took control of India’s National Technical Advisory Group on Immunization, (NTAGI) which forced children through a regimen of up to 50 polio vaccines to children before they turned five.
Indian doctors lay blame to Gates for an epidemic of non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP) which paralyzed nearly a half-million children at rates beyond reasonable expectation over the course of 2000-2017. As a result, the Indian government scaled back the regimen and requested Gates and his vaccine policies to leave India. The rates of NPAFP dropped as a result.
It should also be noted that the WHO, albeit reluctantly, admitted that the world’s current polio strain was caused by vaccines. Epidemics in the Congo, Philippines, and Afghanistan are all linked to vaccines, and by the time 2018 rolled around, 70% of the world’s polio cases were from a vaccine.
Gates has a long history of forcing vaccines onto individuals. In 2002, the MenAfriVac campaign was in full swing and thousands of African children were forced into vaccinating against meningitis.
In one instance of vaccination against meningitis in 2012, 50 of 500 children who received the vaccine developed illnesses related to the vaccine, such as convulsions, hallucinations and paralysis. It was already a point of suspicion when the manufacturer’s method of preserving the vaccine was different compared to that of those offered by the World Health Organization and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation:
“The meningitis A Vaccine known as MenAfriVac...can now be kept in a controlled temperature chain (CTC) at temperatures of up to 40°C for up to four days, a decision that could help increase campaign efficiency and coverage and save funds normally spent maintaining the challenging cold chain during the “last mile” of vaccine delivery.”
The manufacturer’s instructions:
“MenAfriVac should be stored and transported between 2-8ºC. Protect from light. The diluent should be stored at 25°C. It is recommended to protect the reconstituted vaccine from direct sunlight. Do not exceed the expiry date stated on the external packaging.”
This is no doubt a point of concern for those receiving the vaccine- even Professor Patrick Bond, who once worked with Nelson Mandela as a senior economist, described Gates’ philanthropy as “ruthless and immoral,” according to a Children’s Health Defense article of 2018.
Indeed, while Bill and Melinda Gates seem to be doing well for the world, it seems that their vaccinations are a form of sick human experimentation. For example, in 2010 the Gates Foundation provided funding to a Phase 3 Trial of GSK’s malaria vaccine, which was an experimental medicine. As a result of these trials, 151 infants perished, and others were the victims of such afflictions as paralysis, febrile convulsions and seizure. In total, 1048 of 5949 children suffered some adverse effect.
That same year, Gates committed a donation of $10 billion to the WHO, stating “We must make this the decade of vaccines.” It was just one month later that Gates gave a Ted Talk titled “Innovating to Zero” in which he said that new vaccines could reduce the population.
Such a statement comes off as alarming and came true to an extent to a population unwilling. In 2014, the WHO was accused by the Catholic Doctors Association of Kenya of sterilizing millions of Kenyan women under the guise they were receiving a tetanus vaccine. The vaccine contained hCG, in which the immune system attacks pregnancy hormones.
The result of such a vaccine is an abortion in females already pregnant, and infertility in females not pregnant. Repeated doses prolong the infertility condition.
Three independent laboratories in Nairobi, all of them accredited, tested samples from WHO tetanus vaccines that were used in March 2014 and discovered that all of them contained hCG. Later on, additional vials were tested in October 2014 and tested by six accredited laboratories, and half the samples contained hCG.
Initially, the WHO denied the charges. But then, it came to admit that it had been developing such vaccines for over ten years. Gradually similar accusations from nations like the Philippines, Mexico, Tanzania and Nicaragua surfaced.
In 2014 the Gates Foundation funded tests of experimental HPV vaccines developed with the help of Merck and GSK. 23,000 young Indian girls were the test subjects with 1,200 of them experiencing autoimmune and fertility disorders and seven of them dying.
An investigation by the Indian government found out that Gates’ researchers had been pressuring the young girls into taking the vaccine, forging forms of consent, and bullying their parents to get them to accept the medicine. They also refused care to the injured females.
They illustrate the danger of Bill Gates’ funded vaccination programs and shroud the WHO in a very incredible light. Others have warned about Gates using his power to steer the WHO’s agenda away from practices fundamental to curbing infectious diseases, such as teaching hygiene and nutrition, helping establish and maintain clean water sources, and economic development.
The Gates foundation has a 5-billion-dollar budget. Only a small portion of this- $650 billion- is spent on such projects. In other words, it seems the organization believes that a healthy body comes from getting an injection.
Gates has plans that are nothing short of Orwellian.
One of these is to give out a virus antibody passport so that citizens can partake in social activities. It would be done by way of a vaccine, and he advised that things could very well never be safe until everyone around the world is vaccinated as evidenced in a television interview with Anthony Mason for CBS This Morning.
His foundation’s beliefs were further backed up when Gates Foundation Chief Spokesman Mark Suzman.
In a Euractiv article published on April 16, he is quoted as saying, “There are 7 billion people on the planet,” Gates said. “We are going to need to vaccinate nearly everyone. There is no manufacturing capacity to do that.”
Suzman added, “There will be no safe living until there is a vaccine. But there are no dramatic ways to short-cut it.”
It should be noted that Gates funds a private pharmaceutical company responsible for the manufacture of vaccines. The name of the corporation is Inovio Pharmaceuticals and Gates has planned for billions of dollars to be spent building factories capable of developing and manufacturing vaccines designed to fight viruses. It is also worth noting this decision was made before seeing conclusive data.
On top of this, Gates is also donating a total of $50 million to a dozen pharmaceutical companies to hasten the creation of virus vaccines.
The track record of the Gates Foundation in foreign countries such as India and Kenya are downright frightening, and it is possible that the next targets are American men, women and children.
After all, a new virus pandemic will be characterized as having the same danger as the 1918 flu pandemic (referred to as the Spanish Flu). Technocrats and the elites will certainly capitalize upon this flurry of concern and fear, hoping to profit from vaccines and biometric IDs.
A report from Reuters states that biometric identification can help in verifying those have infections and ensure that vulnerable individuals have access to a vaccine upon its launch.
Measures will be put quickly in place. It can provide a record of who is infected and who is getting the vaccine.
This is all put forth under the guise of “being for the greater good,” or a humanitarian effort. Companies such as iRespond and Simprint are behind this effort, and the latter is partnered with Johns Hopkins University’s Global mHealth Initiative. Recall that Johns Hopkins is connected to the Event 201 exercise.
The end result is total surveillance, which monitors individuals around the clock. It pays special attention to those that are included in the “Main Core” database, which is a compilation of enemies of the state and political activists thought to pose a threat.
And here comes biometric identification- a perfect way to keep the citizens of their respective nations safe, conveniently occurring during a “severe” pandemic.
Bill Gates is just one of the few core personnel behind the creation and execution of ID2020. ID2020 is a transnational project started by Bill Gates and Microsoft, The Rockefeller Foundation, large pharmaceutical corporations, and tech firms.
These companies and organizations are pushing the idea of every human on the planet requiring biometric identifications, under the idea that “proving who you are is a fundamental and universal human right.”
It is not hard to see that this is a poor excuse for attempting to steal privacy away from citizens. It is also a method of determining one’s worth in a sense: “What they really want is a fully standardized data collection and retrieval format, and cross-border sharing of identities of the entire population of the planet….and for the purposes of calculating everyone’s potential contribution and threat to the system,” writes eClinik learning in response to the ID2020 mission statement.
To introduce such technology under the guise of covering for a “pandemic” which researchers are still trying to understand and a lack of hard numbers is a simple but effective cover for identification technology, presumably microchips, which will produce and share data on these individuals equipped with them with corporations and the state.
A vaccine created to combat the spread of a virus could become mandatory, and any citizen who resists will find themselves blacklisted as criminals, as they pose a public health threat. They would be locked out of doing things in everyday society, similar to what some Chinese citizens have endured as part of having low social credit scores.
This has led to speculation that the state and healthcare-industrial complex will introduce a tracker and nanotech ID with virus vaccinations, or it will be sold to the public as a means of identifying those believed to be infected.
The proposed identification would come in the form of a digital certificate which verifies if you have been vaccinated. The technology was developed by Microsoft and MIT. Refusal to accept such vaccinations would ban you from public gatherings. The events of September 11, 2001 conditioned the public to undergo invasive procedures before boarding an airplane- the next step is to insert chips with identifying information similar to the ones used in pets, writes Martin Armstrong, of Armstrong Economics.
Indeed, the current pandemic serves as a perfect method to introduce tracking technology seeking to manage ordinary citizens’ thoughts and actions and punish those thought to be enemies of the state. It is already happening in places like China- who’s to say your nation couldn’t be next?
Could Medical Martial Law Be the Next Step?
Martial law is the replacement of civil laws with military power in a period of crisis. The use of such power is quite rare, but not unheard of in the United States.
Under this rule, “certain civil liberties may be suspended, such as the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, freedom of association, and freedom of movement,” says law site JRank.
Martial law can be declared by Congress and the President. A state’s governor may also declare martial law if it is part of the state’s constitution.
Medical Martial Law could include items such as the following:
-Postponement or cancellation of services deemed nonessential to free up medical personnel for help with the virus
-Retrofitting spaces like hotels, dormitories and like facilities to suit the needs of patients affected by the pandemic
-Forced vaccination or medication
-Social distancing or prevention of gatherings over a certain amount of people
Elements of this martial law can be enacted as part of the response plan for a new virus. And as mentioned with the advent of security measures designed to prevent terrorist attacks after September 11, 2001, they may never be repealed even after the threat has been mitigated.
Some states, such as California, already have measures in place which state that the “governing body of the local jurisdiction is responsible to take measures as may be necessary to preserve and protect the public health.”
At this point, many readers may be wondering what the point of all this is. After all, Bill Gates has piles of money and extreme power as a result of his net worth. The governments of the world are already quite powerful. What is the desired outcome of such extreme measures?
The answers: Technocracy, fulfillment of financial interests, and increased government surveillance of citizens.
The definition of technocracy is the control or government of society under an elite group of experts in a given field. Decision makers are chosen based upon their understanding, knowledge or expertise in their area of responsibility.
The most prominent example of this so far is that Bill Gates will have a huge say in the creation and distribution of vaccinations. Gates is not a doctor and has zero healthcare training to speak of.
And once again, a new virus would provide the perfect cover up for such a system of governance to take place.
A power move could take place under the guise of keeping the general public safe and at home.
We would be living in unprecedented times as a result of such a virus. Many of us will look forward to the times when “It will all be over,” which is both healthy and exciting for us.
However, it would be unwise to think our lives will completely return to normal once such a plandemic ends. The virus will serve as a permanent reminder that our lives will be subject to forces that are completely out of our control.
In our current world, there is a tendency to try and separate politics from key, first-level questions about the nature of the real world. Politics and their subsequent institutions are made legitimate by boosting claims of expertise that transform political questions to basic technical questions that we turn to experts to solve.
This in turn changes politics into matters of technocratic specialty. It also assumes that the natural and social world can be controlled, systemized, and quelled, brought under control like human beings capable of sound and rational thought.
This is actually a flawed way of thinking and does not reflect the world in which we live.
Indeed, a new virus could be the catalyst to a New World Order which we will absolutely see after such a plandemic has subsided.
The world would be much different after all is said and done.
The political and economic upheaval it will unleash could last for generations.
It is likely that financial institutions/interests and politicians that are corrupt in nature could use such a crisis as a means of ushering in an era of mass unemployment, poverty, and famine.
Long lines will be forming at unemployment offices around the nation. Food bank lines will stretch back for blocks as thousands of families look for something to keep their families nourished during such unprecedented times.
In India, food will become scarce, with citizens afraid to go outside. Already, children go hungry in India, with thousands of children dying each day due to starvation.
We can see this contrast and it is striking: the richest nation in the world compared to one of the world’s poorest and in both scenarios, people are going hungry, afraid to leave their homes and desperate for work and normalcy.
Even nations we know to be advanced, clean and prosperous, will be running out of food. Organized crime will help to distribute food to families who cannot afford it, instead of the government.
Such crisis would be the perfect storm of fear and panic, ideal for manipulation of the worldwide and local economies.
Michel Chossudovsky is a researcher who spent the better part of ten years performing field research on IMF (International Monetary Fund) World Bank Economic reforms in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, the Balkans and Latin America.
He writes that in the early ‘80’s, “strong economic medicine” was forced upon indebted developing nations under SAP, or structural adjustment program.
In the years 1992 to 1995, writes Chossudovsky, field research was undertaken in nations like India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and eventually Brazil. In all the nations he had visited, which included places like Kenya, Morocco, Egypt and the Philippines, among others, he noticed the same pattern of manipulation and interference by Washington based institutions.
For example, IMF reforms in India had driven millions into starvation. Vietnam, known for its prosperity thanks to the production of rice, saw localized famines taking place as a result of removing price controls and deregulating the market for grains.
The dollar was imposed. With mounting debt denominated by the dollar, most developing countries saw a dollarized monetary system.
As a result, large austerity measures were put into place and also conducive to real wage collapse. Privatization programs were imposed, and these deadly economic reforms put into place on behalf of creditors led to economic collapse, huge levels of unemployment and poverty.
Consider Nigeria in the 1980s. Public hospitals were now bankrupt. The public health system had all but collapsed. Doctors noted that their hospitals had been “Sapped by SAP.”
That was how it was done years ago. In today’s world, the means of creating poverty and economic downfall is different but also quite sophisticated.
The onslaught of a new virus could cripple the world’s economy, not to mention the economies of nations around the world. There is no need for the IMF-World Bank to work with national governments to negotiate structural adjustment loans.
What will happen during a pandemic is a “global adjustment” (GA) in the economy of the world. In just a matter of months, this global adjustment has set into motion a worldwide epidemic of bankruptcy, poverty and complete and utter despair.
The implementation is maddeningly simple: The idea of lockdown is presented to governments as the sole way of mitigating the pandemic. It becomes the only way out, and politicians big and small buy into the idea, disregarding the destructive consequences on both the economic and social sides of things.
Thus, compliance is executed. After all, the enforcement of such devastating guidelines is set forth by the powerful World Health Organization, who lay out guidelines on how trade, transportation and immigration should be conducted in these trying times.
And we already know of one major player in this game (Gates) influencing the WHO’s decision, but others are at stake, namely Big Pharma, the World Economic Forum, and Wall Street, says Chossudovsky.
The lockdowns of states and provinces around the world combined with the cessation of travel and entertainment such as movie theatres and sporting events set the tone. In the month of March, worldwide economies including the United States were closed down, and the world felt it.
The question remains: Why would such a thing happen? Why didn’t world leaders think ahead just a little bit and stop the dominoes from falling?
The effects are massive: production and supply of services and goods are halted, investments are volatile, schools and higher learning institutions are closed down, retail and wholesale come to a standstill, and consumer spending is all but stopped.
The end result will be the squeeze and desperation of mass unemployment, the bankrupting of small and medium businesses, lack of purchasing power, and massive numbers of famine and poverty.
What is the desired outcome of such a radical restructuring of the global economy? What could the consequences look like?
According to Chossudovsky, here is what one could expect:
- A huge concentration of corporate capital and wealth
- Destabilization/dismantling of small and medium sized businesses in areas of economic activity such as agriculture, manufacturing and service industry
- Destabilization of labor markets, and lessens worker’s rights
- Massive numbers of unemployment
- Wage compression and labor costs in both developed nations and nations in poverty; developing countries
- External debt escalation
- Catalyst for subsequent privatization
It is without a doubt that this Global Adjustment plan is far more dangerous than that of the SAP. Chossudovsky likens it to neoliberalism, and in a relatively short period of time, such virus outbreak has created poverty in a huge sector of the world’s population.
Naturally, the IMF and World Bank will step in, offering little more than colorful words to ease the concerns of citizens. Kristalina Georgieva stated, “The WHO is there to protect the health of the People, the IMF is there to protect the health of the world economy.”
How they intend to protect the world economy’s health is not known. Chossudovsky noted that Georgieva stated, “We rely on $1 trillion in overall lending capacity.” While this seems like a lot of money, it is money that is loaned and has to be paid back.
The end goal is to make the external debt, which is dollar denominated, skyrocket. The IMF is very candid about this. In one of its areas of lending, the Catastrophe Containment and Relief Trust, which handles pandemics kindly does the following: “Provides grants for debt relief to our poorest and most vulnerable members.”
Chossudovsky argues this statement makes no sense, saying it is only there to replenish the coffers of its creditors, and such money is allotted to debt servicing. To quote the IMF: “For low income countries and for emerging middle-income countries we have. Up to $50 billion that does not require a full-fledged IMF program.”
So, there are no conditions on how this money can be used. But the objective is that compliance to the demands of creditors will be followed.
This, says Chossudovsky, is the neoliberal solution in effect at a global scale. There is no real recovery economically. There is, however, widespread poverty and worldwide unemployment. The very solution becomes the “why.” It sets into motion a new process of indebtedness and leads to higher debt amounts.
The more that is loaned, the more the recipients are forced into compliance politically and economically. That is the objective for Americans by the Elites.
The truth of the matter is that this trillion plus dollars, connected to the Bretton Woods Institutions, is a means of increasing the external debt.
For example, G20 Finance Ministers have decided to put holds on repayment of debt servicing obligations of the world’s most poor nations. The cancellation of debt has not been foreseen or considered. Instead, the opposite has occurred- increasing the debt.
The solution, argues Chossudovsky? Governments of developing nations must firmly stand against IMF-World Bank’s “Rescue Plan.”
What About Developed Nations’ Debt Crisis?
An unforeseen monetary crisis is unfolding at levels of government big and small, says Chossudovsky. With high unemployment rates, taxes are not coming in. In just a few weeks’ time, national and state governments have become more indebted than ever.
In turn, these governments- specifically those of the West, and their political parties are under control of the creditors who make all decisions. This debt is so great, it cannot be repaid. For example, the United States has seen the federal deficit climb up by over a quarter- 26%, to be exact- to $984 billion in 2019. This is the highest it has been in 7 years, says Chossudovsky, quoting the US Treasury.
Indeed, a huge expansion of public debt has occurred in Western nations. These expansions are being used to fund bailouts and handouts to large corporations, plus safety net monies to unemployed individuals.
This crisis will result in the eventual privatization of the state. National governments will fall under the rule of Big Money.
Paralyzed by huge, mounting debts, the eventual de facto privatization of the entire state structure, especially in different countries, under careful watch of huge financial interests is eminent. The idea of governments serving the interests of electors will be maintained, says Chossudovsky.
What could that first level look like? Firstly, we will begin to see the privatization of municipalities, like Detroit circa 2013. Billionaires will be encouraged and interested in buying up whole cities.
After all, several of the world’s major cities are already heading toward bankruptcy. And in some cities, people simply cannot afford their taxes. New York City, for example, has debts totaling nearly $92 billion as of fiscal year 2019. This is up 132% since fiscal year 2000. And personal debts around the country have shot up in numbers previously unknown.
Collectively, the households of the United States carry about a trillion dollars in credit card debt. There are no measures being taken in the United States to lower the interest rates on credit card debt.
The lockdown as prescribed by the WHO and other powers that be has brought further poverty and suffering to developed and developing nations and brings utter destruction to economies great and small.
This lockdown destabilizes the economic horizon as we know it. It undermines the importance of places of learning and rockets medium and small businesses into permanent closure and financial ruin.
This is just the beginning- what is waiting for us down the pike?
The political implications of such a crisis are like hydra-heads of problems. And some are viewing it as a way to usher in socialism or create social democracy.
However, evidence suggests otherwise: that neoliberalism is alive and well. Global capitalism reigns supreme. Panic and fear lead us into decisions we will later regret. State privatization is a real possibility. Authoritarian governments will be favored.
As a result, Americans and others around the world must do what they have always done: confront such powers of global capitalism in the aftermath of the lockdown.
Edward Snowden, former CIA contractor who is noted for exposing the mass surveillance programs of the NSA, has expressed concern for how world governments are using technology to track the virus’s spread.
While the programs look useful now, Snowden cautions that the tracking measures could be repurposed as a means of advancing government surveillance measures.
Speaking in an interview with the Danish Broadcasting Corporation, Snowden reports that emergency measures passed today tend to be sticky.
“The emergency tends to be expanded. Then the authorities become comfortable with some new power… they start to like it.”
Snowden expresses concern over the use of national surveillance, which could become the new normal if citizens are not careful. For example, the use of biometric facial recognition technology, may help to slow a virus spread, but could stick around after the virus has long burned out and could stay for decades to come. If the government had access to such biometrics, says Snowden, there could be alarming new ways in which the government can spy on its people.
The danger of such technology is that the government knows where everyone is- essentially, people could not gather in public because the government knows that all of these people are around.
Such technology is already present in China, where citizens are required to install an app on their smartphones that represents their health status. This is just one form of privacy invasion- and imagine how much the owner of that app is making monetarily on each citizen of China.
Even more concerning is the CCTV cameras installed by the government above the apartments of infected citizens, to ensure they follow a 14-day quarantine rule to the letter.
South Korea has its own measures of bio-surveillance in place as part of Virus prevention. For example, smartphone tracking is utilized. The South Korean government has ordered all individuals that test positive for the disease to put an app on their smartphone which alerts officials if they leave quarantine.
Citizens also get text messages about the whereabouts of infected individuals, which say things like “A woman in her 60s tested positive...click to see the places she visited before hospitalization.”
Humans want to do right by other humans, and while this is an admirable trait our kind possesses, it is sometimes not always the right thing to do. In South Korea, for instance, a survey conducted by Seoul National University’s Graduate School of Public Health had participants stating that they would sacrifice privacy rights as a means of fighting a national epidemic- 78.5 percent, to be exact.
At the time of this writing, the United States has not rolled out surveillance tools like this to help contain the spread of the virus. But companies such as Google, Amazon and Facebook have all discussed with the White House how they might help contain the spread of the virus.
Guidelines about data collection have been established by the Electronic Frontier Foundation:
-Privacy intrusions must be necessary and appropriate. Essentially any program which collects large amounts of identifiable information about humans must be necessary and scientifically justified as per public health experts. Data processing must be appropriate for the need. For instance, it would not be necessary to collect ten years’ worth of travel history of all people for a disease like a virus, a disease with an incubation period of just two weeks.
- Expiration of surveillance. Upon the closure of the virus crisis, surveillance program infrastructure created for the sake of public health must be ended or rolled back.
- Data collection shall be based entirely on science. Automated data systems utilized in the containment of the virus must not wrongly identify members of a specific group as susceptible to infection.
- Due Process. If an individual is being limited by their government- for instance, being quarantined based upon a surveillance system’s relationships or travel data- they must be given the chance to challenge these conclusions and limitations.
- Transparency. A government using mass amounts of data to track the spread of the virus must clearly and quickly explain to the public why and how they are doing it. They must provide detailed info about the material that is being gathered, how long the information will be held, and how these gatherings guide public health information. They must also discuss whether or not the tools have had positive or negative results.
While this sounds seemingly OK on paper- the idea that surveillance could be used and then carefully packed up and put away or destroyed after the crisis comes to a close, it still involves the sacrifice of personal privacy which gives the government a huge amount of power.
As Jeremy Cliff, writer for the New Statesman put it, “Countries are faced with what one might call the “Virus Trilemma.”
This trilemma, states Cliff, has countries in a triangle of choice: They can choose one two of three things but not all three of them. Civil liberties, death limitations, or the gradual lifting of lockdowns are the three options.
The United States has not entered a period of harsh surveillance, but other nations have- and many are choosing death limitations and the gradual lifting of lockdowns but paying the price in the form of bio-surveillance.
Indeed, it is wise to heed the warning of Snowden, and to arm yourself with the facts about such virus before it is too late to do so. Governments can and will use times like this as a means of control instead of focusing on the concerns of the people.
Dr. Buttar understood and explained his thoughts behind an RFID tracking system. However, other tracking methods are in the works, also: For example, smart tattoos are currently in the research stages at Microsoft.
The tattoos are disguised as an exciting piece of technology: “While the tattoos are temporary, especially on the skin, they can last for months on non-skin surfaces, including fabrics or 3D prints… New research and testing will...empower anyone to design and build their own smart tattoo ...”
Much like smartphones track our movements today, the tattoo would be a better method of tracking one’s movements. It cannot be left behind.
Other tracking technologies are in place around the world: For example, tracking bracelets are abound in Bulgaria, Hong Kong, South Korea and Luxembourg. They track patients that test positive for the Virus. Even in Louisville, Kentucky, ankle bracelets were used to track virus patients.
Another real method of tracking is via smartphone app. Nations like South Korea and Israel are using such apps to track the whereabouts of patients that test positive for viruses, which is quite invasive.
Such technology would be akin to what Dr. Buttar described in his video and would work the same way. The “Social Distancing” measures that are constantly being dictated to the population are actually a means of getting people to spread out. After all, soldiers cannot be tracked efficiently if they are clustered together, and neither could human beings.
Thus, if humans are conditioned to act this way now, behaviors will already be in place if and when such tracking devices become available.
This conditioning behavior was easy to implement. It is not unlike the well-known operant conditioning studies as published by B.F. Skinner. The principle of Operant Conditioning is simple: “Behavior that is followed by pleasant consequences is likely to be repeated, and behavior followed by unpleasant consequences is less likely to be repeated.”
Skinner’s experiments involved a hungry rat and a box. The rat was placed into the box which had a lever. The lever, when pulled, would release a food pellet.
The rats learned quickly to go for the lever immediately after being placed into the box. The actions by the rats resulted in a good thing happening, which led to the repeated actions.
What actions will the population take in order to get to the “good things?” Could they be willing to utilize any of these invasive technologies to live a life that is similar to a world before the virus hit?
David Miliband, writing for New Statesman, argues that there are four ways such changes could affect the world. Listing them as the “Four Contests”, they provide an inside look at four facets of life that will drastically alter after this pandemic has come to pass.
The first of four, writes Miliband, is the question of globalization. Is this virus the result of too much globalization, or too little? Queries the author. Much of the world depends upon China for all sorts of imported goods; nearly everyone around the world has shopped on a Chinese wholesale site such as AliExpress or utilized a big-box store to buy Chinese-made household goods, toys and tools. Those who say too much globalization has been at play will fight against overseas aid, distrust the Chinese, and state that we must help our own before we help others.
However, this is not the solution. The largest problems of this pandemic argue Miliband have been domestic. Many governments such as the Chinese failed to signal to the world that a disease was running rampant. Governments in the western hemisphere downplayed the importance of the pandemic until March. Some will argue that the healthcare system was woefully under prepared, as evidenced by the lack of ventilators, masks and other basic supplies.
There are also the economic issues that will arise after this, which we have already discussed at length- Miliband further supports this by stating, “The EU is going to have to take more responsibility for its virus-enhanced debts of Eurozone member states.” He also goes on to say that the G20 will have to rise from its Saudi-led slumber, as the economic effects of this pandemic and all the efforts to fight against it will be felt for the rest of the decade.
It may even last longer.
This will mean that we must cooperate with China, which will anger some as they feel it is appeasement. However, closer relations could help prevent history from repeating itself in the future.
The second contest, says Miliband, is the question of whether or not societies are helped or hindered by democratic governments when faced with global threats. China will no doubt present its handling of the pandemic as the premier method of response, promoting the virtue of the one-party system. They will credit their strict quarantine laws, roll video of President Xi Jinping walking safely through the city with no mask on, and reiterate their stories of help in the form of supplies sent to Italy and other nations during the heat of the pandemic.
This is dangerous as it is a contributor to the decline of democratic government in both fact and model, says Miliband. One hallmark of such systems is that of checks and balances, and in some societies- Miliband cites Hungary as the example- the crisis is utilized as a means of scaling back such checks and balances.
Thus, the free world has to take a stand, much like Chossudovsky suggested once this is over. Democratic government and the freedoms that come with it are not worth giving up so that the government can handle all of our problems.
The third contest is reminiscent of the issue presented by Jeremy Cliff. It is the question of who controls information, and whether or not it is compliant with the ideas of personal privacy.
The danger here is that the need to centralize information and control the ailment becomes a thorn in the side of personal freedom or creates a revolt among citizens that hinders the fight against the disease. The stubborn nature of the tech sector in being transparent about the flow of information and tendency of big government to mismanage citizen’s information complement one another in less than favorable ways.
Until there is a vaccine that can be distributed worldwide, access to public areas is not going to come without restrictions on human movement. This could result in the tracking of the whereabouts of citizens, who they meet, and where they go. Alongside this comes testing, testing and more testing.
Governments will coordinate such efforts, but it is up to the citizens to make it go. The recipe for this to happen is that of social trust and competence among leaders in government as a means of avoiding further instances of overwhelm to the healthcare systems- even if they are expanded permanently in response to this pandemic.
The idea of technocracy is still ever-present. Despite constant flows of information in places like the US, where trust of the government is generally quite lacking and alternative news sources are often consulted, citizens still turn to their local leaders such as Mayors and Governors as trusted bastions of knowledge in trying times. This indicates how expertise can have a serious impact on decisions made about what to do during a crisis.
The final contest is that of equality. This particular crisis has exposed two fundamental weaknesses in economics around the world.
First and foremost, labor markets around the globe have failed to understand and reward the value of work put in by our “essential” employees. These include people in the healthcare, food production, agricultural and transportation sectors. However, these are the keystones to a functioning civilization and its economy.
Second, global inequalities. These are massive weights on the resuming of social and economic activity. Although we have seen reduction of such inequality in the past 15 years, their ramifications are still very real. Miliband provides the example of healthcare in Africa, where there is one doctor for 70,000 people and one for 300 people in Europe.
Miliband closes up with the idea that the holes in both national and global safety programs are necessary for the destruction of this disease. It is necessary for us to realize that the social and economic well-being of the rest of us depend upon the addressing of these inequalities.
Miliband suggests that in Europe, governments pay the wages of private sector workers while loans designed to avoid layoffs in the United States- which are essentially grants for companies- should last beyond the pandemic. He even goes so far as to suggest the idea of Universal Basic Income and notes the importance of peacekeeping and peacemaking in global diplomacy in the wake of this crisis.
Much of our discussion has talked about the elite’s role in this pandemic, and one angle to consider is Freemasonry.
Numbers and numerology are significant in ways that are fascinating, and this pandemic has its share of significant figures. Take for example, the number 33. This is a very significant number in the world of Freemasonry. They call it the master number.
After all, 33 is present in our world in many ways: Our vertebrae number 33. In mathematics’ sums of powers, the sum of three cubes is 33.
33 is also important in religion, for instance Jesus was 33 years of age when he was crucified and resurrected.
And lastly, 33rd Degree Freemasonry is the highest level one may reach as a Freemason. It is the 33rd degree of the Scottish Rite, and is much more than an “honorary degree.” The Masons have ties to the elite and thus are able to control and influence people in power as well as the media.
The master mason number 33 will appear many times when such fake-virus is spreading.
Researchers and whistle-blowers may allegedly die at the age of 33 of the virus.
Researchers may discover 33 mutations of the virus.
Some states may issue executive orders that include master mason numbers in response to the virus crisis.
The opening ceremony of the Olympics in 2012, which took place in London, could be a prediction of the Virus.
Video of the ceremony shows actors dancing and moving in a manner that looks like the virus virus forming. Actors dressed as doctors and nurses, plus children on beds, dance around. Innocent children pretend to be asleep while actors dressed in black creep onto the stage, symbolizing the virus. One of the children onstage appears to be Asian in heritage.
Bizarre and strange imagery representing what appears to be the virus portrayed by a large, hooded figure in a robe standing over a small child on a bed is portrayed.
“The Nannies” are then brought in to aid the children, a possible reference to the nanny state and the idea that the government or elites can handle and cure all of our problems.
Chapter 5: Strategy/ How The Agenda Will Come to Fruition
Getting the world to fear a pandemic is not as difficult as one might think; coordination with organizations most people trust to distribute the message you want them to believe is the way. This leads to a domino effect felt around the world as economies all but stop, people become compliant and the situation is taken advantage of by interested parties.
One organization which is great at promoting an agenda is the WHO, which possesses great power and is trusted by the masses in delivering information about pandemics and how to stay safe.
As you will learn, they are an organization to watch carefully.
Even before a possible outbreak of a virus, the world is initiated into the corruption characteristic of the World Health Organization (WHO). If we discuss this, it will be much easier to understand why this organisation cannot be trusted in a pandemic climate.
The technocratic airs of the organization are characterized best by Pascal Sacre, writer for Global Research.ca when he states “...The media...chose to focus the limelight - and thus the gaze of the spectator sheep- on the representatives, experts and spokespersons of this organization, the WHO….We have been shown people with serious faces and a professional air, the sort to whom ordinary mortals tend to ascribe genuine competence and evident integrity.”
To understand the corruption and lack of integrity of the WHO, it is important to understand its roots first.
The WHO was like other organizations born after World War II, not unlike the IMF, UN, and WTO. Like these organizations, the WHO was established and became the government equivalent of a huge corporation focusing on health. Its constitution was enacted on April 7, 1948.
Its power is different from other like organizations. Its actions are not decided upon by the populations of the nations it serves. Like its fellow gigantic government partners, its purpose is to establish, educate and enforce important health decisions on a large scale.
The WHO is connected to all the other huge government organizations- for example, the UN provides funding to the WHO.
To the uninitiated, the WHO seems like a force for good. Its website outlines countless actions taken for the greater good, and their record appears to be clean. They paint themselves as a genuine, transparent organization.
It is reminiscent of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; whose efforts appear on paper to be nothing but an act of goodwill. Looking a bit deeper into the organization reveals otherwise, however.
One of the primary examples is the worldwide vaccination campaign in 2009 when the world was fighting Swine Flu, H1N1. Margaret Chan, Doctor-General for the organization, came forth to defend the WHO’s reputation against the heavy accusations made by doctors, journalists and scientists against the WHO.
Indeed, it would be difficult to dismiss ALL of these individuals as “conspiracy theorists” as is often to happen whenever somebody poses a well-crafted thought to the mainstream narrative.
The WHO assists in public health services for 194 member states, and other nations, regarding the use of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and other medicines, like physical therapy. In 2005, the WHO changed its policy regarding finances, and allowed private monies into its organization, instead of only getting its funding from member states.
The WHO has been quite adept at raising such funds and is now getting a large part of its funding from private organizations. For instance, Bill Gates has provided millions to the WHO. Such funding has brought Big Pharma and WHO together much closer than before.
During her time in office, Margaret Chan was listed by Forbes as being one of the most powerful women in the world, ranking 30th on their list. Her power was not just a novel title in a magazine- it speaks for itself.
Millions of sick people- to the tune of half the population on our planet- are influenced by the WHO’s advice and recommendations. Millions of people get medical treatment and drugs partly or wholly based upon what the WHO recommends.
This begs the question: is the WHO biased in terms of what pharmaceutical drugs it recommends? Comparing what the WHO recommends versus what independent researchers recommend shows two completely different ideas about what a person should be doing to manage their health.
Consider Cochrane reviews. These are a widely accepted source as these meta- analyses are derived from the Cochrane organization’s 3,000 independent doctors and researchers who tirelessly, and voluntarily, work to document the effects of pharmaceutical drugs and vaccinations, even alternative treatments.
Cochrane review results do not match that of the WHO when it comes to recommendations for drugs. The meta-analyses of drugs recommended by the WHO by Cochrane have found that there is less effect and greater harm from these pharmaceuticals than documented by the company itself.
Many of these medicines listed in the “model list of essential medicines” lack value according to Cochrane reviews. The drugs are often found to be dangerous, hurtful, and lacking in-patient benefits.
One example includes cytotoxic chemotherapy. This has a harmful effect on a cancer patient’s survival and quality of life, which was discovered by Ulrich Abel decades ago in 1991.
Other examples include lack of effectiveness when it comes to anti-depressants and anti-psychotics, and lack of effectiveness of the flu vaccine.
These are critical and important findings performed by independent researchers working for an organization that does not accept commercial or conflicted funding. These results should be carefully considered instead of results from the pharmaceutical company itself, which appear to be modified in such a way that is beneficial to Big Pharma.
“Leaders of the Cochrane movement have openly criticized the pharmaceutical industry for buying and manipulating the researchers and cheating with the design and the results of the randomized controlled (RCT) test that documents the effects of their drugs,” writes Seren Ventegodt, MD, for Journal of Integrative Medicine and Therapy.
The questionable actions of the WHO would only grow bigger from there.
So, what exactly happened during the 2009 scandal involving H1N1 Vaccines? Let’s take a look.
On June 11, 2009, the WHO declared that millions would die as a result of the pandemic known as the Swine Flu. More than 200 nations around the world prepared for a Spanish Flu or bubonic plague like pandemic, which was projected to claim the lives of 40 million people plus.
National borders closed down. Restaurants and public places like libraries or sports arenas closed. People were banned from entering countries in Asia, if they were found to have a fever or a cold.
Pharmaceutical companies, on the other hands, were presumably collectively smiling as money poured in. The world scrambled to buy influenza vaccines.
But the WHO was suddenly accused of exacerbating the severity of the pandemic, thanks to debates that began in public media and also industry-specific publications like the British Medical Journal.
The end result is one you probably already know about: It was a false alarm, and the Swine Flu did not lead to as many deaths as first thought. Eventually it was discovered that the WHO already knew this.
The problems would not end in 2010. It was in that year that secret links between Big Pharma and WHO were discovered: the latter recommending the very vaccines that the former was producing. The medicines were found by Cochrane researchers to be lacking in value, and in fact rather burdensome to its users thanks to its adverse effects.
Some of the effects include things like systemic muscle pain, vasculitis, neuritis, encephalitis, narcolepsy, and other pains of the chronic type.
Later, the media discovered adjuvants in the vaccines that had many harsh side effects that were not mentioned to citizens by the companies crafting such vaccines, nor by the governments buying and giving the vaccines. The worst discovery of all was the fact that the vaccines were not even properly tested.
It is clear that the flu vaccine industry made serious profits working with the WHO. While the Swine Flu was a serious matter and handled accordingly, it appears that the WHO and Big Pharma worked together to take advantage of the fear and panic felt by nations around the world.
You now know that the WHO is not an organization with a seemingly spotless record or desire to do right by the people it serves. Instead, it is believed that they are working to do the opposite, for any number of reasons.
The WHO’s response in 2003, during the SARS outbreak was curious. During that time, Director-General Dr. Brundtland made headlines by declaring the first travel advisory in 55 years by the WHO. The advisory recommended against travel to and from Southern China, where the disease’s hotspot was.
He also criticized China for its response to the outbreak which endangered world health. China arrested whistleblowers and censored the media, not unlike actions we have seen today.
So, where is the difference? Michael Collins, writing for Council on Foreign Relations, puts it simply by stating, “It’s important to follow the money.” We must now look back at the origins of the WHO, which required voluntary contributions in order to meet its goals. In the recent years, however, these funds have been allocated to fix budget deficits.
Countries’ contributions to the WHO have increased only 3% since 2014. As a result, funding comes from outside sources, such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation among others. These sorts of contributions have grown by 18% in 2014 -2015 from 3.9 billion to 4.7 billion in 2018 to 2019. As a result, the WHO is subject to influence of countries or organizations making large contributions.
China’s contributions to the WHO have increased by 52%, reports Collins, since the year 2014, to the tune of $86 million. This is due in large part to China’s increase in assessed contributions which are based upon a nation’s economic development as well as their population, writes Collins.
However, voluntary contributions have also increased: $8.7 million was given in 2014 which pales in comparison to 2019’s contribution, which was recorded at $10.2 million. Granted, the US gave a total of $893 million in 2018-2019, but the influence China wields in the UN Is increasing while US influence is dropping. If these trends continue, China could be viewed as a reliable giver to an organization such as the WHO, which is dependent upon financial support of its members.
The WHO is an organization that should be treated with caution by citizens.
Over the course of this book, we have already learned about Event 201. This event was something of a foreshadowing to the days ahead, already imagined by the world’s elite.
The argument is that these elites had to know what to do when it actually came time to set their agenda in motion.
In this section, we will discuss another exercise that took place in preparation of the “pandemic”- CORONAT MASK.
Called Coronat Mask 18, this was a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (abbreviated CRBN) exercise led by Germany in 2018.
The exercise involved 14 Allied Nations and 1300 various personnel. The individuals involved completed a series of drills and exercises based upon situations that would involve the identification, reconnaissance, analysis and decontamination of chemical agents, reported NATO.
If the name of the exercise was not enough to make you believe there’s more than just coincidence going on here, consider the statement made by Lt. General Martin Schelleis, who is Chief of Germany’s Bundeswehr Joint Support Service.
“There continues to be a growing interest in CBRN Defence globally, and very much so in our Alliance has been reflected in the media attention given to CORONAT MASK 18,” he said. He went on to express satisfaction in the cooperation of NATO member contributions, which resulted in an “excellent DV [Distinguished Visitors] day, “Lt. General Schelleis concluded.
The exercise allowed participants to demonstrate a wide variety of actions to be taken as a means of learning more about CBRN capabilities. The exercise proved successful in showing the skill of all participants when it comes to CBRN disciplines.
“This has been a huge success and we must build upon it,” said Colonel Henry Neumann, Commander of the Bundeswehr ABC Abwehrkommando (Anti-ABC Weapon commando).
One shows soldiers suited up in complete hazmat gear and helping to “decontaminate” simulated patients. It bears all semblance to a standard military exercise, but further analysis indicates there could have been more at play.
CORONAT MASK is one part of a multinational initiative titled Framework Nations Concept. After the 2008 financial crisis, NATO member states looked for ways to be more effective when working with a limited amount of resources.
The structure of Framework Nations Concept (FNC) sought to bring up the subject of defense cooperation to NATO countries into the spotlight as a means of developing units that are able to sustain military capabilities while on a set budget, writes Anna Paternnosto of NCT Magazine.
This approach is pragmatic and allows states to cooperate while at the same time keeping their sovereignty. Since its start, the FNC has been funded, operated and designed by single nations. The end result is that participants are able to hold training exercises relevant to the dynamic climates of security and defense.
As a result, NATO members and non-members alike had the chance to establish and participate in the CORONAT MASK exercise.
The exercise was a Level One Tactical FNC, CBRN Protection Field Training Exercise. Activities involved four varied CBRN Task Forces, deployed in the Czech Republic, Italy and Germany.
These four task Forces practiced in the same scenario under sole directives of the CBRN Command of the German Army. The purpose of the training was to develop solid operative skills that can be used by a Combined Joint CBRN Task Force, which is created each year by NATO.
The exercise was by design to support future training opportunities, such as larger-scale strategic exercises. The goal of such exercises is to show that NATO’s defense mechanisms are capable of withstanding small and large CBRN assaults.
Part of the CORONAT MASK exercise was operating on a limited budget. Budgetary limitations are always in effect but are felt more when the economy comes to a crashing halt. Citizens and businesses alike feel the squeeze.
It is another part of the agenda designed to exert control over citizens.
The Effects
Once the public is sufficiently fearful of a “pandemic” and is given a prescribed course of action which includes the likes of “social distancing,” they can be further controlled through their wallets.
The destruction of the economy leaves its people dependent upon their government for everything: food, essentials and services which gives such governments unprecedented amounts of power. Those seeking to get back to a state of normalcy are willing to pay high prices, oftentimes not thinking about the long-term ramifications.
Indeed, the U.S. Economy saw one of its biggest downturns in history in March of 2020. Stocks closed out at their worst first quarter in history. Over the course of January, February, and March, 19.6 trillion dollars of stock wealth was lost.
The bulk of the United States remains under a lockdown, with only businesses deemed essential running at this time. Airplanes and transportation have come to a halt. Oil prices are falling rapidly. Malls and shops remain empty. And hundreds of employees across all of these fields remain out of work, wondering how they will afford what their family needs.
The bad news continues as Goldman Sachs makes grim projections about the decline of the US Economy, with the financial giant stating that it will decrease in size at the annualized rate of 34 percent in the second quarter.
As a result, unemployment rates will increase as well, and some industries will see a steep decline. For instance, automobile sales in the United States are basically nil as dealerships remain closed except for their servicing personnel.
As if this did not already wreak havoc on the pocketbooks of Americans and others around the world, consider the effect it will have on the mental health of some citizens. Suicides during the Great Depression were not unheard of, and this pandemic could very well see an increase in such rates.
Citizens will take their own lives in such a climate of fear. The number of suicides and calls to the help hotline will increase due to fears of a viral pandemic.
Such resources should be kept open for individuals dealing with serious troubles that can lead one to contemplate suicide- not the loss of their jobs. And if a job is lost for whatever reason, the idea should be that the individual can simply apply for a different job, thanks to the plentiful choices available in a roaring economy.
This is not meant to downplay the feelings of those calling such hotlines in these troubling times, but to question the real need to close down the economy for a disease which has a high recovery rate.
A sobering idea could be that suicide rates surpass those of the epidemic as citizens cannot see the way out; the light at the end of the tunnel. When there is no hope, people will look to find some anywhere they can, including the government who comes in to “help”.
Bailouts and How They Control the People
Such changes in the economy could lead to a serious imbalance of power between creditors and debtors, cautions Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, former Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury.
Large creditors who receive government bailouts gain the properties of debtors, who were NOT bailed out, foreclosed upon after missing loan payments and garnering more debt after taking bailout loans and the interest rates/fees that come with them.
The economy is not something to be ignored as part of this greater agenda. The US workforce numbers 164,000,000. As of April 20, 2020, it is forecasted that 30% of the workforce will be unemployed as a result of the nationwide lockdown in the United States.
As of April 20, 2020, the actual rate of unemployment sits at 16%, making the projected number a little over halfway complete.
This would mean that 49 million individuals would be out of work, frustrated, upset and already pushed to the brim as they live check to check, with zero disposable income.
If these individuals could barely handle their debts while still working, how are they to handle them when out of work, their businesses remain shuttered and costs like rent and utilities for said business still crop up? Loans are one answer but will only lead to further debts which can be near impossible to recover from. Cash payouts from the government will aid with providing food and housing, but debts will remain unpaid.
Shops in malls and restaurant franchises are not paying rents, going on three months, as of April 2020. Thus, mall owners cannot repay their creditors. Bailouts work for nobody except those that caused the problem in the first place, writes Dr. Roberts.
This bailout scheme, writes Dr. Roberts, was created by the banks of New York and President Trump’s Treasury Secretary, whose reputation is notorious for foreclosure.
The more debt that is in fewer hands and the more debt that everybody else incurs, the less power consumers have to drive the economy. Foreclosed assets reduce in value as their profitability decreases with lesser consumer purchasing power, argues Dr. Roberts.
Indeed, such a destruction of the economy has already been in place since the outsourcing of jobs to offshore locations. It has already been underway since corporations invested profits into buying back their own shares instead of increasing production power. It has been taking place since wars with no end took away monies to be used for infrastructure and expansion of social safety nets.
This pandemic has only offered the chance to exacerbate the problem in favor of large creditors.
Private sector debt amounts are too large to be paid. This is a problem that was very real before the current economic turndown. Now, the problem is even worse. More debt, says Dr. Roberts, is not the solution.
One major problem is that financial institutions lend to finance the buying of financial assets which already exist, instead of lending to expand the potential of the economy.
Additionally, corporations use profits and borrowed capital to buy back their own equity and fail to invest in their businesses. Worldwide corporations thinking in the short term moved US based jobs over to Asia, which in turn reduced income for the US, stifled the tax base on the state and local level, and led to the Federal Reserve substituting growth in consumer debt in place of the lost consumer income growth, argued Dr. Roberts.
The solution, he writes, would be to write down private sector debts to manageable levels. After all, the creditors have nothing to lose thanks to being bailed out no matter what. Roberts also makes the (controversial) case for nationalization of bailed out companies, or having the government take ownership of their bailouts.
This, he argues, would separate investment from commercial banks and prevent further Glass-Steagall legislation. This would also allow governments to break up the banks and sell them off. Financial competition, says Roberts, would be restored and jobs could be brought home.
This would restore purchasing power, and growth could soar to heights never before seen.
The Rahm Emmanuel statement discussed at the start of this chapter rings truer than ever as one thinks about cash in our current society.
Anecdotally, everybody has a story: They own a debit card. They use credit cards only and then pay the balance at the end of the month. They prefer ApplePay or SamsungPay.
In a world where cybersecurity threats loom around every corner, and muggings happen in large cities daily, it seems only appropriate to carry a cashless form of payment.
However, it may be time to reconsider. Senator Ron Paul once stated, “The cashless society is the IRS’s dream: total knowledge of, and control over, the finances of every single American.”
And, it is not just the United States that has to be concerned.
Other nations have banned cash transactions in one form or another:
- 200,000 peso and over cash payments are illegal in Mexico
- $10,000 and over cash transactions are banned in Russia
- $5000 cash transactions are banned in Uruguay
- €1,000 transactions in cash are banned in Italy
After all, the bottom-line goal is to mitigate the spread of a virus, to “flatten the curve.” Cash carries this disease and given that it is circulated heavily throughout the general population, creates a problem that needs to be addressed.
Other nations, such as China, are already taking steps to destroy and disinfect currency as a means of slowing the virus’s spread. Banknotes found to have circulated through high risk areas like food markets and hospitals were destroyed. Other currency was simply disinfected.
These actions- specifically the disinfecting of currency- is justified, considering that viruses can remain alive on banknotes for over two weeks in some cases. Human influenza, for example, stays on banknotes for 17 days.
Such an environment where many cares about eradicating this disease for good, combined with the already widespread use of digital forms of payment, leaves a window open to eliminate cash.
Joseph Salerno, Professor Emeritus of Economics at Lubin School of Business at Pace University, is an expert on the War on Cash. The elimination of physical dollars and cents makes it much easier for states to keep track of citizens.
“Governments hate cash because they hate the financial privacy cash makes available,” Salerno said in an interview for Internationalman.com.
Salerno, when asked how he got interested in such a topic, made a striking observation: every time there was a war on something, the government always encroached on financial privacy. In this case, it is the War on Virus.
“...A war on crime, a war on drugs…. The US government has long been waging a hidden war on cash,” Salerno said.
This is a war that has been going on for more than half a century. Notes used to be printed in denominations up to $10,000, and also $500, $1000 and $5000. It was in 1945 that such currency notes ceased to be printed and their issuance quit in 1969, with the Fed removing these notes from circulation altogether.
The end result is the situation we have today: The highest banknote for the United States comes in at $100. Even the bill’s purchasing power has been significantly reduced thanks to inflation- Since 1969, says Salerno, the US Dollar has depreciated by 80%.
A 100 dollar note today has less purchasing power than a 20 dollar note in 1969.
As a result of having small banknote amounts, large cash transactions have become unsafe and inconvenient for American people, forcing them to use electronic payment methods. This works in absolute favor of the US Government, Salerno argues.
Can Cash Survive This Pandemic?
A little education goes a long way in helping the public to feel safe about the use of cash.
After all, the WHO is somewhat responsible for tipping the public opinion into one of concern regarding cash, as evidenced by a March 2020 statement which said, in essence, that it was a better idea to make use of contactless payment methods, as cash can carry all sorts of bacteria and viruses.
Later, the statement was clarified- but not after instances of people microwaving their cash as a means of disinfecting it. Now, handwashing after the handling of cash is advised, especially before preparation or consumption of food.
Paper banknotes carry less than savory fungi, bacteria and viruses, conclude scientists from New Delhi’s Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology in a 2015 study. Researchers gathered and studied Indian Rupee banknotes. The notes they studied were gathered from street vendors, grocery markets and money exchanges.
These notes were cotton substrate variety, which harbor more bacteria than polymer notes. Polymer notes were found to transmit bacteria, but on a smaller scale than its cotton counterparts.
The way in which these notes pick up bacteria is akin to the way other surfaces do, such as elevator buttons or stair handrails, said a spokesperson from Monetary Authority of Singapore.
While handwashing is always suggested as a matter of good personal hygiene, there is no reason to panic about cash. Gary McLean, professor of molecular immunology at London Metropolitan University, indicated that “the virus will not survive on cash for the same length of time certain bacteria can.”
Hand to face contact would still be necessary, which lowers the chance of transmission.
The length of time a virus lives upon a surface is dependent upon that particular surface. Plastics can harbor Virus for 2-3 days, cardboard for 24 hours, and paper up to 5 days depending on that particular strain of virus. Some strains live for just a few minutes.
As a result, it is entirely possible that a plastic debit or credit card could be more risky than cash. However, it is important to keep in mind that while we think of US Currency as “paper”, it is actually a mix of cotton and linen, making them not directly comparable to how long a virus can live upon paper.
“It is certainly possible that virus could be present on cash and transmissible.” said Gary McLean, and also stating, “I would expect that to be a very minor proportion of transmissions.”
The takeaway? Cash is certainly not the enemy, but care should be taken when handling it. As with other items handled during such a time, be sure that hands are washed after handling the cash, especially when preparing or consuming food.
You are now aware of the agenda for the Virus, as well as some actions that took place as a means of enacting said agenda.
You can now identify some instances of cash elimination, misinformation by the WHO, and see in your own life examples of how the closure of the US Economy has affected yourself and others around you.
The effects of these measures have been swift- it only took weeks to stop the US Economy, for example- and harsh. Their implementation rests upon a few basic tactics that have been in use for decades and are quite effective but can be stopped with education of the public.
In this chapter, you will learn about the use of Psyops, or Psychological Operations, The Stanley Milgram Experiment, Stockholm Syndrome, and ways in which the media is used to panic or calm the masses.
First, it is important to understand the definition of psyops.
This is a form of military action with the objective of influencing the target’s thoughts or state of mind using non-combat methods. One example is distributing media or material such as fliers or leaflets.
Secondly, it is important to understand how such tactics are used as a means of applying it to our current state of affairs.
When it comes to the US Military, specifically the Army, troops utilize everything from radio programming to printed material to “create a behavior that supports the United States” and support US Military objectives.
The technology is rich, too- Elite troops have means of creating their own media using what is known as Special Operations Media Systems. This combines TV and radio studio capability in a neat and mobile equipment package.
Such equipment can be kept in two trailers and four Humvees. When they are needed, operators trained in their use can deploy these two components wherever they may be needed.
The radio station portion of the gear is capable of recording, producing and transmitting alerts on its own. The television part of the gear can do the same for audio/visual messages and features extra cameras and other lighting so soldiers can create their own videos and reports while in the field regardless of condition.
During the war in Afghanistan, American special operators brought the technology, titled Special Operations Media Systems-B (SOMS-B) with them. Eventually, 24 hours’ worth of radio programming was broadcast by the US military.
The programming was in languages spoken by the local population, such as Pashtu and Dari, and was favorably received by the locals. They loved the American news and alerts, mostly for the music they played. After all, the Taliban had banned radio stations from playing folk songs as well as popular music, so hearing these songs again no doubt brought joy to the locals.
This is not surprising, as psyops soldiers are very methodic in their approach.
Research about the population to be influenced is carefully researched by the PsyOps soldiers. In this manner, they can create media that best suits the individuals they would like to influence. Missions can vary in size and scope. They can be strategic or tactical.
Consider this was information derived from a 2005 unclassified training ad, what changes have occurred since then? What new technology could the military- or our government- be using to influence the hearts and minds of the population?
The material created by the Army was not limited to broadcast media. The SOMS-B has the ability to record CDs or recorded tapes and distribute them to broadcasters. In 2016, Americans created leaflets that were distributed in Northern Syria, encouraging the locals to listen to 99.1 FM. It led listeners to a pirate radio station called Radio Rozana, which was an alternative to Syran government news sources.
And there presumably was no shortage of such leaflets. The mobile unit has scanners and printers that can make copies of print material and photographs.
While the comparison of US Troops in Afghanistan and Syria to American citizens in a pandemic is like comparing apples and oranges, there are some parallels to be made between methods of psyop soldiers and the media today.
Clearly, our Armed Forces are not using military technology to influence or speak to us during this time. However, the media is a tool used as a means of creating panic, calm or a sense of satisfaction among consumers.
Consider the images and videos of people rushing grocery stores in search of food, and infamously, toilet paper. Thanks to the media’s creation of fear about the food supply chain, availability of necessities, and deadliness of the pandemic, Americans and people around the world rushed to purchase all they could, as they did not know what would happen next.
Next, consider the messages viewed on television or heard on radio, or played before you click on that next YouTube video. Major corporations such as Unilever, Google, and YouTube, among many others, have praised “frontline workers”, a term referring to a nation’s healthcare, foodservice, sanitation and logistics professionals, and have done so in the form of digital media. These individuals are certainly worthy of praise, but it is part of the greater narrative to remind the population of how “severe” the pandemic really is.
Lastly, consider other forms of media distributed to Americans and others around the world extolling the virtues of staying home, sheltering in place, and otherwise adhering to government’s instructions on how to win against this “invisible killer.” In this case, music has actually been offered to us as a reward for staying home: Consider the “Living Room Concert for America”, or “One World: Together at Home,” as two examples.
Social media postings from organizations such as the CDC offer advice and encouraging messages for Americans and others to follow as a means of “flattening the curve.” Even YouTube posted a short, one-minute video titled “#StayHome and help save lives #WithMe.
Such messages are designed to help those stuck at home from work and away from family and friends a feeling of comfort, offer them advice and help them feel good about what they are doing. It’s less painful to think about freedoms lost when messages about “Being all in it together” are displayed constantly. And being told that you are helping simply by staying home feels good when a person otherwise might feel helpless or that they aren’t doing enough.
It is actually not that difficult to get humans to obey you. Perhaps the most famous example of this phenomenon is the Milgram Shock Experiment.
Stanley Milgram was a psychologist at Yale University. His experiment focused upon the conflict of personal obedience and obedience to authority. Milgram was interested in the justifications for genocide of those accused at the Nuremberg Trials following World War II. Their justification was, put simply, that they were following orders issued to them by their higher-ups.
Milgram sought to understand whether Germans in particular were obedient to their figures in power as this was, a common reasoning behind the Nazi murders of World War II.
Milgram chose his participants by placing a newspaper ad. In the ad, he advertised the experiment as being one about learning to take place at Yale University.
The procedure outlined was that the participant would be paired up with another person, and they drew straws to find out who would be the teacher, and who would be the learner for the activity. The “chance” part of this procedure was fixed- the participant would always be the teacher and the learner were one of the experiment’s confederates, or somebody pretending to be part of the experiment.
The learner was always given the name “Mr. Wallace,” and then was taken into a separate room. Electrodes were hooked up to the arms of “Mr. Wallace”, and the teacher and person conducting the experiment would go into a room next door. Inside that room was a machine capable of giving electric shocks. On the machine was a row of switches ranging in power from 15 volts all the way to 375 volts- the latter being a Danger, Severe Shock and the former a “slight shock.”
Even more concerning was the 450-volt range, which was simply marked by three X’s.
The goal of Milgram’s 1963 study was to see how far people would go in obeying an instruction even if it involved bringing harm to another human being. Milgram was interested in how easy it was to manipulate ordinary people into committing acts that were atrocious in their nature.
The experiment proceeded as follows: Volunteers were chosen for a controlled experiment which was aimed at investigating “learning,” (read: ethical behavior). The participants were all men, aged 20 to 50 years old, and their jobs varied from unskilled to professional level. They were all from New Haven, CT area. They were paid $4.50 just to show up.
At the beginning, the men were introduced to another “participant”, who was actually the confederate of Milgram.
Then, straws were drawn to determine the roles of the men- learner or teacher. However, recall that this was fixed, and the confederate was always the learner.
The experimenter was also present- this was an actor and not Stanley Milgram. He was dressed in a lab coat.
For the experiment, two rooms in the Yale Interaction Laboratory were used. One was for the learner and had an electric chair. The other was for the teacher and the experimenter and had an electric shock machine.
The learner’s name was “Mr. Wallace,” and he was put into the chair and fixed with electrodes. Afterward he was given a list of words pairs and asked to learn them. The “teacher” then tests him by naming a word and asking the learner to say its partner or pair from a list of four choices.
Every time the learner makes a mistake, the teacher is instructed, they are to give that learner an electric shock. And, the shocks must increase in level at each mistake. On the generator were 30 total switches, which went up to 450 volts.
The learner, who was in on the experiment, gave wrong answers on purpose most of the time. For each of these answers, the teacher gave him an electric shock. When the teacher refused to do so, the experimenter- an actor- was instructed to give them orders to keep them going and ensure they carried out the experiment.
There were four prompts given, and if one was not followed, the experimenter, named Mr. Williams, read the next prompt and continued down the list.
Here are those prompts:
“Please continue.”
“The experiment requires you to continue.”
“It is absolutely essential that you continue.”
“You have no other choice but to continue.”
The results of Milgram’s experiment were surprising- 65% of the participants (teachers) continued onward and eventually administered the highest voltage of 450 volts. All of the participants administered shocks of 300 volts.
Milgram carried out a total of 18 variations of this particular study. In each one, he altered the situation to see how obedience would be affected.
Ordinary human beings are quite likely to follow commands given to them by an authority figure, even if it may severely harm or kill another human being. After all, obedience is something humans are taught and enforced upon as we grow from children to adults and spend the bulk of our formative years heeding somebody else’s commands, advice and rules.
People tend to obey orders from those seen to have authority that is morally correct and/or legally based, concludes the study. This response is learned in a variety of ways: at work, at school, and in the family.
Why Is this?
The behavior of Milgram’s participants may come off as unbelievable. Milgram offers an explanation by suggesting that humans have “two states of behavior” when in a social situation.
Firstly, they have the “autonomous state,” in which they direct their own actions, and take responsibility for the consequences of said actions.
Secondly, they have the “agentic state”, in which their actions are directed by others, and then they pass off the responsibility of the consequences for said actions to the individual who issued them the orders in the first place. In sum, they are acting as the “agent” for another person’s agenda.
Milgram suggested there are two factors that must be present in order for the individual to enter the “agentic state”:
- The person giving the directive is seen as being qualified to direct peoples’ behavior- they are seen as a legitimate authority figure.
- The person being asked to do the task believes the authority will accept the blame for anything that happens.
What Were Some of The Study’s Variations?
The variations of the Milgram study also bear importance when applying the experiment’s outcomes to our society today.
- Uniform: In the original study, the experimenter was wearing a gray lab coat. This was a symbol of authority; a uniform you’d expect to see on someone carrying out such a study. In another variation, an ordinary member of the public wore everyday clothing instead of a lab coat, which saw a 20% drop in obedience.
- Absence of Experimenter: In one variation, the experimenter left the room and gave the orders by phone from another location. It became much easier for participants to resist the orders given to them, giving out lesser shocks or missing giving them altogether. Obedience fell to 20.5%
- Social Support: Two other participants, which were confederates, were also “teachers” but did not obey. Confederate 1 quit after 150 volts, and Confederate 2 stopped at 210 volts. When other people disobeyed the authority figure, obedience levels dropped to 10%.
- Touch Proximity: The teacher forced the learner’s hand onto the plate which delivered the electric shock. Obedience dropped to 30%. The participant was not buffered or barred from seeing their actions’ consequences.
Businesses are closed. Schools and Universities shuttered. Oil prices are at record lows. And, it’s all in the name of “Social Distancing,” and “Flattening the Curve.”
Without question, rebellion or even so much as a protest, Americans obeyed the suggestions of authority figures such as governors of their states, doctors of the WHO, as well as the President of the United States when it came to close up the country.
One may argue against this thought, stating that this was not a matter of obedience, but instead, compliance. However, there is a difference: Obedience occurs when one is told to do something (from an authority), meanwhile conformity occurs as a result of social pressure, or the “norm” for the majority of people.
Obedience is also marked by a hierarchy of status or power. The individual giving the order has a higher status than the individual getting the order.
One could even go so far as say that “Stockholm Syndrome” is being felt among some citizens. Stockholm syndrome is named for an event which took place in Stockholm, Sweden in 1973. During that time, a bank robbery took place in which robbers held four employees captive for over five days. The two groups bonded over the course of the days, mostly over the small instances of kindness that the robbers showed to the employees.
The captives began to worry more about the police than they did the bank robbers and actually came to resist the idea that they could be saved by law enforcement. Psychiatrists labeled it as a product of their situation, not unlike Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as experienced by soldiers in wartime. The captives felt grateful to their captors for sparing their lives, keeping them from harm.
Can parallels be drawn from such an incident in 1973 to the current day? In some ways, yes. Given the serious panic that the mainstream media has created about the severity of the virus, everyone wants to stay safe, and more importantly, keep their family and friends safe, too. The act of governors closing down entire states may be viewed by some as an act of mercy and necessity, keeping citizens safe from harm.
Such ideas that the world is doing the right thing by staying home and flattening the curve are perpetuated everywhere, from television ads, to radio messages, even Internet ads. It creates a feeling of safety and gratitude toward the organizations and people telling the public how to live their lives during a time of much confusion and fear.
Dr. Rashid Buttar published a video titled “Within The Next Few Weeks.” A few of the things Dr. Buttar cautions against:
- RFID Chips
- Media manipulation
- False reporting of how dangerous a virus is
- “Causes of Death” being listed as caused by a virus, despite being unrelated to the virus.
“The danger is not what’s in front of you. It’s what you’re being distracted from,” Dr. Buttar explains. He also goes on to discuss the reasons WHY doctors and nurses wear masks when dealing with patients: it is a means of avoiding coughing, sneezing and drooling onto patients who are undergoing critical surgeries or other care.
Another thing to consider is the way in which you become more susceptible to the virus if you actually buy into the media-generated fear.
Says Dr. Buttar, “We know that stress increases the cortisol, which is the stress hormone, which decreases the immune system. So when you scare people, telling them to stay home, you suppress their immune system. You further stress them because of the economic issues, they’re stressed out.”
Dr. Buttar also discusses the use of masks. Some states everywhere are requiring the use of face masks or face coverings before entering establishments such as grocery stores. These add to more stress in many ways: If you cannot find your face mask, you may not be able to enter the store and buy food for your family, for instance; the mask may be uncomfortable and add to your stress.
Dr. Buttar mentions that the amount of oxygen you take in is lesser than you would get if you were NOT wearing a mask, which puts your body into a further state of stress.
“They’re pushing this agenda to make people, weaker, to make them more susceptible,” he states.
“The world needs to wake up and understand that what’s happening now is an illusion and it’s going to mandate other things coming down, which is going to include RF chips.”
Dr. Buttar then mentions that the technology is already in place; in the military it is easy to track soldiers using satellites. The RFID chip, he mentions, would have information about the user’s vaccination status, but is much scarier in thought: “How do we know that this RF chip isn’t picking up a signal and affecting our bodies?”
When we feel fear, our reptilian brain kicks in and “fight or flight” takes place. We do all we can to promote our survival, such as staying indoors and away from others. This may actually be doing more harm than good, according to Dr. Buttar.
We must not allow fear to affect our judgment regarding this virus- instead, arm yourself and those you care about with facts.
Quarantine orders have led to individuals mostly residing at home, cars parked, and the wearing of masks when going out in public, things previously unheard of when it came to American society.
In many parts of the world, hygienic masks are worn for any number of reasons: for safety during work, food manufacture and preparation, or for prevention of illness. And in the United States, it was not the norm to wear a mask in public even during cold and flu season. Anecdotal reports of people being mocked or questioned about wearing a mask have been reported.
Could this pandemic usher in a culture change for some countries?
All we can do at this point is speculate. Some local governments, such as New York, are asking citizens to wear masks whenever they are in public.
But some professionals disagree on the wearing of masks and its aid in helping prevent the spread of a virus. For example, World Medical President Frank Ulrich Montgomery is critical of the requirement to wear masks in Germany which will go into effect the week of April 27, 2020.
He feels they will be tempted to forget the social distancing rule. And while he wears a mask for the courtesy of the gesture, he feels it would be wrong for Germans to be forced into wearing one. And if used improperly, the masks could be quite dangerous.
It should also be noted that the WHO has advised against the wearing of face masks. According to a Daily Mail UK report published April 8, 2020 people should not wear them outside due to lack of evidence that they actually help.
This comes as a huge difference to the CDC recommendations that everyone in the US wear a mask-even if it is made from a bandana, scarf or old tee shirt.
However, the jury is still out on whether or not the world will see more of its citizens wearing masks during months when illness tends to ramp up, such as winter.
Of course, the figures of authority in this country are not entirely to blame. The mainstream media is a tool used to control the masses.
While many individuals are realizing the bias of major news networks such as CNN, ABC, MSNBC and others, some still believe them. Despite the dropping viewership of these networks, they are still present and still do have people that watch them or engage with them over social media or their respective websites.
And in trying times, many people are just looking for answers, even if it does mean consuming a news source that would normally be turned off.
So, just how does the media fit into all this? First, let’s examine how media is used to influence the public, and discuss some examples of it.
Media effects have evolved greatly throughout the years, thanks to the development of new mass media technologies.
In the beginning of the 20th century, radio and film were new to the scene and held unprecedented power in capturing and molding an audience’s beliefs, behaviors and thoughts based upon what was being communicated to them. The assumption in those days was that the audience was homogenous and passive. These were not based upon scientific evidence, but simply on human nature.
Mass broadcasting technology at the time was acquiring a widespread audience, even among common households. Viewers were amazed by the speed at which information was given to them, which may have biased audience perception of media effects. Also, propaganda was utilized during war time by the government as a means of uniting the people. This propaganda yielded great results and displayed the great power early media had over those watching it.
Fast forward to the current year, and while technology has changed a great deal, and information is present in droves, media still has the ability to shape and mold an audience’s beliefs about what is happening in the world around them, especially through the use of social media.
Consider, for example, social media. During the 2016 US Election, the idea of utilizing social media to manipulate the public’s perceptions and beliefs about the candidates started to be seriously considered. At the same time, there was not any real indicator of just how far reaching social media could be in shaping the public’s opinion.
The Cambridge Analytica scandal rocked the world when it first came out- in a nutshell, the British political consulting firm had harvested the data of 87 million Facebook users without getting their permission first, and then used it to their advantage for political advertising purposes.
Despite this huge scandal, there hasn’t been much progress made in reducing the impact that social media has on the opinions of the public. Over 70 nations around the world use social media as a means of generating influential material, and also manipulate social media feeds to support the rhetoric they are trying to push.
Says Professor Phillip Howard, Director of Oxford Internet Institute, “The manipulation of public opinion over social media remains a critical threat to democracy as computational propaganda becomes a pervasive part of everyday life,”
Professor Howard goes on to say that political parties and government agencies around the world are making use of social media to disseminate disinformation and present other forms of media that have been manipulated in their favor.
Propaganda, says Professor Howard, has always been part of politics. However, the campaigns as organized by social media raise a serious concern for democracy in our modern times.
Indeed, social media reaches many individuals and for a few important reasons. Firstly, the viewership of some major news networks such as CNN are down. This is due to a few different reasons, one of which is cost. To have cable news networks and other forms of mainstream media requires the purchasing of a cable television package, and many households are opting out of such services, primarily due to high prices coupled with cheaper options such as streaming services.
According to Nielsen, cord cutting has increased by 48% in the last 8 years. This equates to 16 million homes without cable/satellite television. This results in an average of $1200 saved for American households, as the average price for a monthly cable bill is about $100.
This leads us to our second reason that social media is so important in the dissemination of information: affordability. Social media accounts are free of charge. They are accessible using public wi-fi or at home Internet, and give users the chance to play games, communicate with friends and family and keep tabs on their favorite distractions such as television shows, celebrities, musicians and movies.
And the benefits really speak for themselves: Social networking technologies such as algorithms, big data, and automation drastically alter how information is transmitted in our current digital age. Social media was, at one time praised for offering an “alternative” news source in which democracy and free speech reigned supreme, but now is understood as a source for disinformation, incitement of violence, and untrustworthiness.
Just what types of propaganda is out there, and what tools are being used? According to a report titled “Global Disinformation ORder: 2019 Global Inventory of Organized Social Media Manipulation” published by Professor Philip Howard and researcher Samantha Bradshaw of the Oxford Internet Institute, the techniques and tools used are varied.
The report explored the stratagems, capacities, tools, and other resources employed by government agencies and political parties to influence the public’s opinion in a total of 70 countries.
Here’s what they found:
- 87% of the countries examined used human accounts
- 80% of countries utilized bot accounts
- 7% of countries utilized hacked or stolen accounts
- 11% of countries used cyborg accounts
The Oxford researchers also examined how communication strategies were used to influence public opinion, such as by creating misinformation, mass reportings of accounts or content, and abusive strategies such as harassment, doxxing or trolling.
- 52 nations used disinformation and media manipulation to mislead their users
- 47 countries used trolls sponsored by the state to attack opponents and activists in 2019- this is an increase from 27 countries in the year 2018.
Although this information focuses mainly upon the use of social media for political purposes, it is not hard to see how such tools can be used to wield influence over the general public.
The media is a tool which can be used to create mass panic, or mass calm.
This is a phenomenon we see time and again as America and the rest of the world confront the reality of our crisis-ridden world.
For instance, media-created panic led to the mass purchases of toilet paper and other grocery items around the world in March of 2020. Social media was rife with clips of people rushing big box stores in search of enough toilet paper, food and other necessities for the unknown times ahead.
Social media clips are not the only thing to blame when it comes to how the media has an impact on our thoughts. Think about social networking sites where livestream videos are viewed, such as YouTube or Facebook. There, governors of varying states and even the President took to the airwaves, providing daily news updates about the status of the country or state.
And while social media is manipulative and shown to be influential, it can be a tool for good, when those providing controversial or alternative media. For example, YouTube is home to many channels in which ordinary citizens and professionals alike create and post information consisting of their own research and thoughts.
For example, the media also showed images of hospitals overloaded with patients. This naturally created fear and concern among citizens that hospitals would become overburdened with people.
However, ObiWan, a member of QAnon, indicated this could be a false flag designed to instill fear among the masses. Others, he reported, visited their local hospitals and found no signs of overburdening. While this evidence is anecdotal in nature, it is still worth consideration when remembering how the media can manipulate and deceive consumers.
In the United States, it is commonly understood that the media should be taken with a grain of salt, and that one’s own research should be conducted when formulating viewpoints about any given topic.
The media of other nations, is also one to be watched as it impacts other nations.
This information came from a classified report that was sent to the White House during March 2020. To quote President Trump: “Their numbers seem a little bit on the light side and I’m being nice when I say that.”
These accusations are serious in nature, as the world is depending on China to be truthful and honest about their efforts to contain the virus. It is already concerning that whistleblowers who learned of the virus’s danger in the months of December and January were silenced or detained.
Despite China’s efforts to control the virus in Hubei province, which involved keeping tens of millions inside their homes, the virus still spread to the rest of the world. The subsequent reporting of the data was also questionable as reports on the daily case numbers left out individuals with no symptoms.
Later in the month of April 2020, it was revealed that China did, in fact, update its death toll figure. Such a change resulted in a 39 percent increase in the previously recorded nationwide death toll.
In the city of Ground zero, which has a population of 11 million, case numbers rose from a previously recorded 325 to 50,333, which made up 75% of the nation’s 82,367 cases (data as of April 18, 2020).
Spokesperson Zhao Lijian of the Chinese Foreign Ministry claimed that there was no cover-up during the outbreak, and that their government would not allow for such a thing to happen. The Chinese Communist party does not allow such a practice; therefore, it is unthinkable for something like that to happen.
The bottom line? Make sure that media consumption is done responsibly. Much like we monitor our diets to ensure we are consuming mostly wholesome and “real foods” with nutritional value, media from all outlets and sources should be monitored as a means of filtering through what’s good and what should be avoided.
Chapter 7: Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars
Media is certainly one way to reach the masses. For decades, television, radio and Internet have been used to get messages out to consumers. And, we know to be wary of what media we do take in- after all, bias is very real, and images can and will be manipulated to suit whatever narrative needs to be pushed regarding the world at large.
But what if there was a force being used against us in these times that we did not know about or see? In this chapter, we will explore the document known as “Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars” (abbreviated SWFQW) and offer analysis and allow you to make your own connections to the current era.
Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars is the name of a document found by an employee of Boeing in July of 1986. It was located on an old IBM copier which was purchased at a surplus sale. The document appears to be part of a manual written by elite society members.
The document's primary focus is upon the economy and how it can be manipulated. The document likens the economy to electricity.
The document also makes reference to marking everyone with a number tattoo as a means of tracking them, and that wars are a way to balance the economy.
A man by the name of William Cooper, conspiracy theorist and author, included the document in his 1991 publication titled Behold A Pale Horse. While in the Navy, Cooper claimed to have seen secret documentation that the Bilderberg Group was using SWFQW as their policy, and that it had been adopted by the organization at their first gathering in 1954.
While the claim that Cooper had actually seen the document remains unsubstantiated, the document itself does indicate that elites had decided upon the contents of the plan in 1954.
The next sections are titled after chapters of “SWFQW”, and we have offered our interpretations of the text. We have selected excerpts from the text for analysis, and the full version can be found in our references.
“Security”
Upon first reading of the SWFQW text, one can already tell it was not meant to be seen by the general public. Says the text:
“This manual is in itself an analog declaration of intent. Such a writing must be saved from public scrutiny. Otherwise, it might be recognized as a technically formal declaration of domestic war.”
The opening paragraph ends with the statement, “You have qualified for this project because of your ability to look at human society with cold objectivity, and yet analyze and discuss your observations and conclusions with others of similar intellectual capacity without the loss of discretion or humility. Such virtues are exercised in your own best interest.
“Do not deviate from them.”
From this, we can already see that the document was intended for a very specific group of individuals- ones that presumably value money, power and prestige over all else- hence the phrase “cold objectivity.”
This section begins by informing the reader that silent weapon technology was first developed during World War II, with the purpose of studying “tactical and strategic problems of air and land defense with the objective of effective use of limited military .resources against foreign enemies…”
So, the technology was created for military use, but the document offers another use.
“It was soon recognized by those in positions of power that the same methods might be useful for controlling a society. But better tools were necessary.”
One particularly striking aspect of this document is the way in which it can be applied to the current era. Despite it being written in 1954, many of its passages seem to fit the present state of affairs.
“Social engineering (the analysis and automation of a society) requires the correlation of great amounts of constantly changing economic information (data) so a high-speed computerized data processing system was necessary which could race ahead of the society and predict when society would arrive for capitulation.”
This brings to mind the use of algorithms and other data in social media to do everything from target ads to influence elections, as discussed with Cambridge Analytica.
The next few passages discuss the invention of the relay and electronic computer, as well as the simplex method of linear programming, and the transistor. It also makes mention of the belief that “Those in power strongly suggested it was possible for them to control the whole world with a push of a button.”
The creation of the machine began, with Rockefeller Foundation providing a four-year grant to Harvard College, providing funding for the “Harvard Economic Research Project for the purpose of studying the structure of the American Economy.” The Air Force later began helping with the project in 1949.
Eventually, it was revealed that the Quiet War machine was invented and was completed in 1954. The device was known as a maser, which is a device that creates and amplifies electromagnetic radiation mostly in the microwave part of the spectrum.
This maser, according to the document, would limitless sources of fusion atomic energy from the hydrogen of sea water. “...The consequent availability of social power was a possibility only decades away,” states the document.
This is reminiscent of the cellular devices nearly everybody carries with them at all times. Mobile phones communicate via the transmission of radio waves, and these radiofrequency waves are electromagnetic energy which falls between FM radio waves and microwaves.
Thus, The Quiet War was declared in 1954. And although the silent weapons system was nearly exposed, writes the document, the evolution of that system has “never suffered from any major setbacks.”
This section closes with the phrase, “This volume marks the 25th Anniversary of the beginning of the Quiet War,” and notes that the war has had “many victories on many fronts throughout the world.”
This section is short and makes note of the fact that the general public will grasp and upset the “cradle of power”. The concern is regarding energy sciences.
Energy
This segment does talk a bit about energy, listing natural science as the study of sources and control of natural energy, and social science as the study of economics. Both of these, argues the document, are bookkeeping systems, which makes them mathematics; which makes mathematics the primary energy science.
Science, it states, is the means to an end, which is control. “...The law of natural selection it was agreed that a nation or world of people who will not use their intelligence are no better than animals who do not have intelligence…. such people are beasts of burden…”
The next course of action was to “privately wage a quiet war” against the American public, the end goal being a shift of natural and social energy (re: wealth) of the larger segment of the population (described here as “undisciplined and irresponsible”) into the hands of the “few.”
And how was this to take place? The creation, securing and use of weapons so subtle and sophisticated that they earned the title, “Silent weapons.”
This, they argued, would help them establish an economy that was predictable in nature.
The achievement of such an economy would require the lower-class part of society to be brought under total control: citizens must be “assigned a yoke and long-term social duties from a very early age, before they have an opportunity to question the propriety of the matter.”
Conformity, the document states, is done by disintegration of the family unit. Parents must be preoccupied in some way- usually by work- and government operated day-care centers for the “occupationally orphaned” children must be utilized, where low quality education must be given to the attendees.
The goal is that the inferior and superior class will be separated, and the inferior class will never be able to change their station in life, which “maintain[s] some measure of social order, peace and tranquility for the upper ruling class.”
This begs the question about what these “silent weapons” could be:
- The inferior schooling as described by the document?
- Cellular devices, which we know to track our online behaviors?
- Waves as emitted by cellular towers?
Descriptive Introduction of the Silent Weapon
This silent weapon would be like an ordinary weapon, but the method of how it functions would be different from objects such as guns.
Instead of bullets, the weapon discharges situations. It is powered by data processing instead of explosion. Data is gunpowder, and computers and computer programmers are the shooters.
The weapon causes no interference to daily life and makes no noise, says one sentence. The next sentence is contradictory: “Yet it makes an unmistakable noise, causes… physical and mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with daily social life, i.e. unmistakable to a trained observer, one who knows what to look for.”
“The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe they are being attacked and subdued by a weapon.”
The public, argues the document, might feel that something is off. But because they do not understand the technical nature of the silent weapon, they can’t express how they are feeling rationally. They cannot intelligently handle the problem.
The public will not know how to cry for help, and do not know how to work with others as a means of protecting themselves against it.
Instead, the public will adapt and adjust to the weapon and eventually crack under its pressure as it further and further encroaches on their life.
The silent weapon, says the document, is a form of biological warfare. It attacks and manipulates the options, vitality, mobility of society’s individuals by understanding, knowing and manipulating their sources of natural and social energy as well as their emotional, physical and mental strengths and weaknesses.
Mr. Rothschild’s Energy Discovery
This section of the document focuses primarily on the work of Mayer Amschel Rothschild and his discovery of how to wield power over others. “When you assume the appearance of power, people soon give it to you,” he concluded.
Rothschild originally discovered that by displaying the appearance of power through wealth, he could make others surrender their real wealth with the promise of great returns, and in turn more wealth. Manipulation was as simple as putting up real collateral for a promissory loan note.
Rothschild found he was able to issue more notes than there was backing for, as he showed off somebody else’s gold stock as a method of persuasion.
Rothschild then loaned his promissory notes to governments, resulting in overconfidence. This, in turn, made funds scarce, tightened the control of the system and ensured collateral was collected through obligation contracts.
The cycle was then repeated, and such pressures could be useful in starting a war. Then he would control the availability of currency to see who would win the war. Whichever government agreed to give him control of its economics won his support.
The profits Rothschild gleaned from such a practice allowed him to expand his wealth. Public greed, he discovered, would allow currency to be printed by the government beyond the limits or inflation of backing of gold, silver or production of goods and services.
The next few sections discuss the application of Rothschild’s energy theory, with such sections titled “Apparent Capital as “Paper” Inductor,” “Application in Economics”, and “Amplification Energy Sources.”
For the sake of brevity, the majority of these sections will be skipped; however, it is highly encouraged that you read them for yourself to get the full understanding of how the elites wished to enact such a plan.
The aviation profession provided the greatest evolution in economic engineering by offering the mathematical theory of “Shock testing,” argued the document.
In this process, a projectile is discharged from an airframe which is positioned on the ground, and the impulse of the recoil is watched by vibration transducers which are connected to said airframe and also wired into chart recorders.
By studying the echoes or reflections of the recoil impulse in the airframe, researchers are able to see what strengths and weaknesses the airframe possesses, and how to manipulate them accordingly as a means of achieving a desired engineering outcome.
How does such a theory apply to economics?
“To use this method of airframe shock testing in economic engineering, the prices of commodities are shocked, and the public consumer reaction is monitored. The resulting echoes of economic shock are interpreted theoretically by computers, and the psycho economic structure of the economy is thus discovered.”
Using this information to their advantage, the elites can predict and manipulate the response of society’s households to future shocks in the economy, and thus keep everyone under control using a “sophisticated computer-regulated social energy bookkeeping system.”
The end goal of this facet of consumer control is that every individual preference comes under computer control by understanding and knowing about personal preference. This knowledge would be on a case by case basis- thanks to the consumer use of credit cards as well as a “permanent, tattooed body number” that would be visible under ambient light.
What similarities can you find in today’s world that remind you of this passage?
Consider this:
- Targeted ads while using your cellular device
- Gates and ID2020
- Fuel and food shortages
- Increased energy costs
Consent, The Primary Victory
Where are some sources in which the information about the general public is obtained? One method is by examining the taxes and tax forms the general public generates.
Data for the silent weapon in question is obtained from a public kept docile by way of a legal force. The IRS, says the document, is a great source of this information.
It provides well organized data as found in federal state and tax forms. The data is collected, assembled and submitted by taxpayers and their employers. The way in which such forms are submitted to the IRS is an indicator of the public’s consent.
The government is able to collect tax and take private property without compensating the individual if taxes are not accounted for. This, argues the document, shows that the public is easily manipulated and consents to its enslavement by their government and legal encroachment.
This is demonstrated by the amount of citizens who pay income tax, despite getting nearly nothing back in the form of honest or reciprocal service from their government.
From this, we can infer that an offshoot of the “silent weapon” is an outgrowth of the principles and actions set forth by Rothschild, and that economic control is all part of the bigger picture.
Diversion, The Primary Strategy
Readers at this point may be feeling any number of ways: confused about the reasoning behind such economic control, bothered by the idea of enslavement, or interested in how the public has been tricked into such behavior.
The document suggests this is done by “Keeping the public undisciplined and ignorant of the basic system principles on the one hand, while keeping them confused, disorganized, and distracted with matters of no real importance on the other hand.”
Such effects are achieved by:
- Disengagement of the public’s mind, sabotaging mental activity, delivering a poor-quality education in math, economics, logic and discouragement of creativity
- Engaging the public’s emotions, increasing self-indulgence and indulgence in physical and emotional activities.
How is the latter completed?
- Unrelenting emotional attacks- (described here as “mental and emotional rape”) by constantly filling media with depictions of sex, violence, and war
-Providing in excess what the public desires, characterized here as “junk food for thought” and depriving the public of what is really necessary and needed
- Retelling and revision of history and law, and subsequently subjecting the public to the creation afterward, which creates a shift in thinking from personal needs to outside desires that are fabricated
- These distractions come before a member of the general public’s discovery of the silent weapons that make up social automation technology.
- There is profit as a result of the public’s confusion. The key then is to make problems and offer solutions to said problems.
Do any of the distractions above remind you of parts of life today? There are plenty of distractions and “junk food for thought” available on a constant basis 24 hours a day.
Thanks to the smartphones we carry in our pockets and purses, distraction and simple but effective distractions are available at the touch of a button. Social media outlets become a fun way to acquire small but effective hits of dopamine as we view funny videos, share endless memes and keep tabs on long lost friends and family.
Television is another great distraction. While many families are choosing to “cut the cord”, as discussed earlier, many still subscribe to streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu. Such programming is available on demand and features hours of programming designed for people of all ages and ranges from new and old cartoons, programming for toddlers, comedy and drama series, all the way to documentaries and feature length films.
It’s enough to keep anyone distracted and temporarily happy, even when the world around them seems to be falling apart.
Consider your own life: What are some “distractions” that you can identify?
Could a virus outbreak be the ultimate distraction, designed to make the general public give in to any order given to them, surrender their livelihoods, and control the supply chain?
Diversion Summary
Just how are these diversions executed, and through what mediums do they pass? Silent Weapons for Quiet wars offer the following methods for diversion.
Media: Keep the adult public attention directed away from real social issues, and their attention focused on matters that are not important.
Schools: Keep the young people ignorant of real economics, real law, real math, and real history.
Work: Keep the public busy as can be, give them no time to think, keep them “back on the farm” with other animals.
Entertainment: Keep the public entertainment below a sixth-grade level.
It is not difficult to draw the parallels between these distractions and the condition of our world today.
The next section is referred to as the Table of Strategies, in which directives are laid out for the elites as a way to achieve desired outcomes.
Here are those strategies:

To Get This (B.)

B. Less Data shift and blurring
A. Maximize control
B. Minimum resistance to control
A. Collapse of Currency
B. Destroy the faith of people in one another
Which of these can you personally identify in the climate of our current world? For many of us, the creation of preoccupation is perhaps the one we are grappling with the most as the world works through a virus outbreak. The “pandemic” is a hot button issue for many of us and dominates the news cycle, which is never-ending. It is without a doubt the greatest distraction and point of interest for most citizens.
The first objective on the list is perhaps the second most striking. The vast majority of the public relies upon mainstream sources for news and information regarding the latest developments regarding the virus and other important items in the news, such as political decisions or even the weather and local matters.
And given that we understand the news to be biased, it could very well be inferred that this is a form of manipulation designed to keep a large number of people from realizing what’s actually happening.
To successfully apply such a strategy would require the use of inputs, outputs, the strategy connecting the inputs and outputs, and the energy sources that are available to make the strategy work, writes Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars.
These problems are studied at the elementary level, then at levels of greater difficulty and intricacy to synthesize all information.
The system is analyzed closely and broken down and further analyzed, until those performing the analysis arrive at the “atom”, or in this case, the individual.
Just what sources, or in this case, inputs, could be analyzed or used?
- Phone taps
- Surveillance
- Trash analysis
- Children’s behavior while at school
- The standard of living by the target’s food, clothing, transportation and housing
- Social contacts such as phone records, family records, political affiliation, memberships, and friends
- Further analysis includes the paper trail as left behind by the consumer:
- Personal buying habits, such as credit card transactions
- Assets like checking accounts, stock market accounts, real estate, autos, savings accounts, and bank safe deposits
- Liabilities like loans, enemies, consumer credit, and creditors
- Government sources like grants, subsidies, welfare, or SSI/food stamps
- Government sources that make use of intimidation such as IRS, OSHA, or the Census
- Habit patterns will also be analyzed as a means of creating programming that gets the citizens to surrender their information:
- Leisure activities
- Psychiatric records
- Hospital records
- Consumption of drugs or alcohol
- The following of religion to influence behavior
- Entertainment sources
- Payment habits for all applicable debts, like mortgages, car notes, water bills, other utilities
- Political beliefs such as contacts, projects, and position
- Legal info such as court or police records, insurance info, driving record, reports made to law enforcement, acquaintances that are anti-establishment
- National inputs could also be used in this game of control:
- Business sources such as the price of commodities, investments, stock market, production tools and machines
- Banks and credit bureau info such as payment and credit data
- Miscellaneous sources such as surveys taken, phone records, and energy/utility consumption/purchase
This is a great wealth of information that could be gathered, input into this great “computer” and used to create an output that would
- Create controlled situations
- Manipulate the economy and subsequently society
- And control income and compensation.
Long form, that plan looks like this:
1.Allocate and destroy opportunities
2.Control economy such as raw materials, capital and bank rates
3.Control currency inflation
4.Control property possession.
5.Control industry capacity and manufacturing.
6.Control goods/commodity availability, including price of such commodities
7.Control the labor force.
8.Control payments to government officials
9.Control legal functions.
10.Control persona data files and make them uncorrectable to the slandered party
11.Control over advertising, media and material made for public consumption
12.Direct attention away from real matters
13.Engage emotions
14.Create disorder and discord
15.Control design of more invasive tax forms
16.Control surveillance, and storage of information
17.Control healthcare options
18.Prey on the weaknesses.
19.Hinder strength.
20.Leech substance and wealth.
It is almost as if the idea is to create the problem, offer the solution, and subsequently harvest the data to be used to further control the population. How, do the authors of Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars think this can work?
The answer lies above in preying upon a common weakness all of us have: fear of the unknown. When things get hard, and we don’t know what to expect, it is perfectly natural to feel upset or worried. It is also acceptable to seek answers in friends, family and experts.
Unfortunately, it seems the elites have capitalized on the need to feel informed and safe.
The need to feel safe, have answers and feel in control of your surroundings is necessary for good health, both mentally and physically. And sometimes, we just need a good escape from the aspects of everyday life that bother us or get us down.
The author of Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars knows this and characterizes this by referring to “The Artificial Womb.”
“From the time a person leaves its mother's womb, its every effort is directed towards building, maintaining, and withdrawing into artificial wombs, various sorts of substitute protective devices or shells.”
The objective of such wombs is to provide a stable place for growth, survival, and defense. And while this is true for both the general public and the elite, there are differences in the ways the two groups handle the issue.
For example, let’s use politics as an example. The reason the individual citizens of a nation create a structure of politics, argues the document, is due to a subconscious desire to feel taken care of, to create a life similar to that of childhood in which a “Human god” as it is called in the text provides food, a sense of comfort, clothing, and a sense of safety.
This, argues the text, comes in the form of the politician. The politician is one which promises a lot and does very little. This behavior comes about as a result of laziness, fear and expediency, says the document. It provides a method of control and can be used to leverage the general public.
In what seems like a radical comparison, these politicians are compared to assassins hired by the general public and paid for in tax dollars. “Most people want to subdue...other human beings which disturb their daily lives, but they do not want to have to cope with the moral and religious issues which such an overt act on their part might raise,” the document states.
Such deeds are assigned to others, in the form of politicians.
Think about elections and political campaigns on both a large and small scale. Chances are, something was promised, such as the ousting of a political figure you and many others did not care for. Certainly, nobody wishes for an individual to die, but getting them out of the picture would make the promotion of a certain agenda much easier.
These politicians also free up the general public from responsibility.
Most humans want the freedom to do things they dream about but are afraid of failing. Fear of failure presents itself in lack of responsibility and comes about in the form of delegating certain responsibilities out to others, especially in areas where “success is uncertain or carries possible or created liabilities which the person is not prepared to accept.”
In other words, citizens are looking for authority, but do not want to accept responsibility or liability. In this sense, the politician becomes the one to face, and in essence create, reality for the general public.
This is especially true in the current climate. The virus pandemic has left many citizens feeling lost and without direction. The ways in which our lives have changed have created feelings of confusion and panic, especially when it comes to matters involving money, how the virus should be dealt with, and how to interact with others in a safe and responsible manner.
It is no wonder that we turn to such authority figures and their consulted experts in a tumultuous time, but the question begs to be asked: Is this the best way to go about things?
Chapter 8: Utilization of 5G - Our Newest Silent Weapon
The maser, as the SWFQW mentioned, was a marvel of its time during 1954. Now, over 75 years later, new technologies have come about that have completely changed the way we live, think and work.
Consider the advent of the cell phone. During the 1980’s and 1990’s, cellular phones were a pipe dream for most, used only by the wealthy and seen in movies during scenes of intense trading on Wall Street.
Slowly but surely, the cell phone became accessible to everyone as time went on. Now, nearly the whole world has a mobile phone of some sort, with that number tallying in at 4.78 billion. When it comes to smartphones, the world loves those, too: 3.5 billion people have one.
And, in our current climate where friends and family are far away thanks to social distancing, mobile phones have become more necessary than ever. Video calls, picture messages, and gaming together have all become possible over the smartphone, bringing a sense of connectedness to families and friends.
At the same time, consider how the cell phone is just one arm of the “Silent Weapon” arsenal.
Without a cell phone, we are nearly powerless. The fact of the matter is that many of us rely on the cell phone for everything: familial contact, navigation around cities we do not know, ordering of goods and services, and in some cases, payment methods for items we need. ApplePay and SamsungPay are two digital payment services that come to mind, and hundreds of others exist, too.
And consider the harm that cellular phones do, too. Part of “Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars” was the breakdown of the family. Have you ever been in public and seen a family all on their phones, tapping away for the next surge of dopamine? Perhaps you have had an instance like this in your own family. Perhaps discord in your family has occurred over a cell phone.
For example, perhaps your teenage child was messaging somebody or someone you did not want them to speak to. Or, perhaps a relationship suffered a breakdown as a result of the cell phone. Certainly, these things have happened since the dawn of time, but it would be remiss to say the cell phone hasn’t exacerbated such behaviors.
And most important of all, the cellular phone is a vehicle through which the 5G EMF will pass, bringing further discomfort to the general population.
While we tend to think of the cellular phone as a positive thing, there is a widespread belief backed up by research that it could be doing more harm than good, all thanks to the advent of 5G. In this chapter, we will explore the idea that 5G is the newest “silent weapon” being used during these times of uncertainty, China’s use of 5G and how President Trump kept Huawei technology out of the country.
According to Qualcomm, 5G is the fifth generation of mobile networks. If you take a look at your own smartphone, take a look at the bars indicating your signal strength. Chances are there is a small number with a G next to it- this represents what generation of mobile network you are operating on.
Some of you may see 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G or even 5G, depending on your location.
The idea behind 5G is to enable a new sort of network that is capable of connecting everyone and everything together- that includes machinery, objects and internet-enabled devices.
The wireless technology behind 5G is designed to deliver higher and multiple gigabytes per seconds peak data speeds, greater reliability, super low latency, huge network capacity, and a user experience that is uniform for everyone. Such high performance and greater efficiency take industries and experiences while on the network to new levels.
Such capability is based upon orthogonal frequency division multiplexing, (OFDM) which is a method of modulating a digital signal across a few different channels to lower interference, says Qualcomm.
(Side note: in cell phone communication, the air interface is the radio frequency part of the circuit between the phone and the base station. NR stands for New Radio, which is the part of 5G that will connect all devices, phones and machines together, unlike 3G and 4G which only connected phones).
5G utilizes 5G NR Air Interface and OFDM principles to deliver better flexibility and scalability, meaning it can be better used by more people to do more things. One huge advantage of 5G is that it can deliver faster and more reliable broadband communication services in comparison to 4G. 5G will also be suitable for use in areas where communication is critical, like military operations, and keeping the massive and ever-growing Internet of Things (IoT) connected.
5G is not owned by one single mobile company. Many companies within the realm of mobile communications are working to bring 5G to life.
Any large mobile technology or provider site you visit will do nothing but extoll the virtues of 5G. While the idea of it seems like a recipe to keep the world at large connected, moving and doing it all at ridiculously high speeds, the old cliché of “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is,” echoes in our ears.
There has been a lot of talk recently about whether or not the Virus has been connected to the widespread rollouts of 5G around the world. Many people are concerned about how to protect themselves and loved ones from EMF waves and the virus together.
How exactly does 5G affect our health; what will this “Silent Weapon” do for us? How is it spreading the Virus?
Several theories have been presented as to how the disease could be spread using 5G. The most prominent one is the idea that the immune system is suppressed thanks to the technology, thereby making you more susceptible to the virus.
With more people having suppressed immune systems, the easier it is for the virus to spread.
Could this technology have been the reason why so many cases happened in Ground zero, China?
The theory behind this belief suggests that radiation from cell phones affects the body at the molecular level and inhibits the immune system.
In Ground zero alone, there are over 10,000 5G antennas, which makes for a lot of EMF waves passing through the city. It is a form of pollution we cannot see, but certainly can feel.
Many scientists, researchers and doctors- plus ordinary citizens- have cautioned the use of wireless radiation and EMF (electromagnetic fields). Publications dating back to the 1970’s such as Paul Brodeur’s 1977 The Zapping of America have warned of such a phenomenon.
And in 1985, Nobel Prize Nominee Dr. Robert O. Becker (nominated for his research and work on cellular dedifferentiation and redifferentiation) wrote a book entitled The Body Electric and later published another title, The Perils of Electropollution, The Promise of Electromedicine in the 1990s.
And the research just went on and on: since those days, dozens of articles, documentaries and short videos have been created and published.
Even over 30 years ago, the suspicions surrounding this technology were real and not the product of “conspiracy theorists”: Becker, in his 1985 publication writes, “The dangers of electropollution are real and well documented. It changes...every biological system. What we don’t know is how serious these changes are, for how many people.”
Becker concluded that paragraph by stating that the longer society puts off searching for that information- how biological systems change as a result of electropollution- the more severe the damage and the more difficult it will be to fix.
One may be quick to write these statements off as fear from the days of old, especially with Becker’s publication as dated as it is.
However, Dr. Martin Pall is a current Professor Emeritus at Washington State University, his areas of expertise being Biochemistry and Basic Medical Sciences. He states his opinion on the matter by saying, “Putting in tens of millions of 5G antennae without a single biological test of safety has got to be about the stupidest idea anyone has had in the history of the world.”
It goes without saying that Dr. Pall is very candid in his thoughts about the technology, and while his statement is an opinion, research suggests it very well could be a fact.
5G and the previous cellular network generations before it all emitted RF EMFs, or Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Fields.
Electromagnetic fields have been studied for decades, and the biological effects are real, especially from those that are man-made.
One example provided by Gary G. Kohls, MD, writing for the Duluth Reader, is a 2002 study entitled “Suppression of nonspecific resistance of the body under the effect of extremely high frequency electromagnetic radiation of low intensity.”
This particular study found that exposure of healthy mice’s entire bodies to low intensity, high frequency electromagnetic radiation- 42 GHz at 20 minutes daily- had a “profound effect on the indices of nonspecific immunity.”
In another article written by Johansson, titled “BioInitiative”, even more suggestion that EMFs could be harmful to the immune system emerged. In the section titled “Evidence for EMF Effects on the Immune System” numerous studies are available that show the effects of exposure to EMF.
Some effects which are heavily detailed in the study include reports of hypersensitivity to environmental substances, hypersensitivity to self-antigens, and also shows types of hypersensitivity reactions. This singular portion of the report is 49 pages in total.
These studies, and many others not mentioned here, lead us to a rather dark bottom line: that evidence strongly suggests that 5G does have a negative influence upon our health.
The idea that cell phones have a negative impact on our health has been questioned since cell phones first began becoming widely available to the public: in 1998, a biologist by name of Robert Coghill performed an experiment in which he extracted white blood cells from or lymphocytes from a donor.
The cells were kept alive thanks to the use of nutrients, and while alive, Coghill exposed them to cell phone radiation or the body’s natural Electromagnetic field.
His discovery was that of the cells he exposed to cell phone radiation, just 13% of them remained without damage and functioning as they should. Meanwhile, cells exposed to the body’s natural electromagnetic field left 70% of the cells free from damage and functioning in good condition.
As is sometimes the case, his research was put under fire and heavily criticized by wireless giants, and told he was “unscientific,” as reported by Dr. Kohls.
In 1985, Dr. Becker detailed how the immune system becomes weak as a result of man-made electromagnetic fields thanks to “subliminal stress.” As if our lives were not stressful enough, this variety of stress “activates the hormonal and/or immune systems at a much higher level, enabling the animal to escape danger and combat disease.”
The hormone levels gradually go back to normal, and so does the immune reactivity. This could lead some researchers to conclude that the animal will adapt, and that no harm is being done. But if such stressful conditions keep on and become the norm, hormone and immune levels will decline further and further, eventually falling below a normal threshold.
Speaking in medical terms, writes Dr. Kohls, this means stress decompensation has set in, and the animal has become more susceptible to other stressors like diseases or malignant growth.
The next part may sound familiar to you as you recall our previous chapter regarding how the “Silent Weapon” would affect the people around it.
“One aspect of the syndrome was very puzzling. When undergoing these hormonal changes, an animal would normally be aware its body was under attack, yet, as far as we could tell, the rabbits were not. They showed no outward signs of fear, agitation or illness.”
Consider this experiment performed by a group at the Pensacola, Florida Naval Aerospace Medical Research Laboratory in 1976. In this experiment, it was found that rats elicited a slow response when exposed to very weak electric fields- sometimes as weak as five thousandths of a volt per cm, according to Dr. Kohls.
The researchers performing the study found that when these weak fields vibrated into the ELF (extremely low frequency) range, higher levels of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine were found in the brain stem. This subliminally activated a distress signal without the rats becoming aware.
Perhaps the most disturbing part of the study was that the fields used were what one would find in an office of that era: typewriters, lighting and other basic equipment. Remember, this study was completed over 40 years ago- office equipment and electronics have become more prevalent. An office that had, for instance, one computer in the ‘80’s now has at least one computer per person, plus many more for new hires.
Bringing it back to the current era, an important document entitled “International EMF Scientist Appeal” was signed by hundreds of scientists to bring attention to the increased exposure to EMF due to electronic and wireless gadgets.
The international appeal noted that EMF affected living beings at levels that were BELOW the national and international guidelines, and noted that effects were serious: There was an increased risk of cancer, free radical increase, cellular stress, genetic damage, changes in the reproductive system, deficits in memory and learning, and overall lowered well-being in humans.
Even plant and animal life is negatively affected, the document noted.
The bottom line? The effects of EMF exposure and 5G may be “debunked” conspiracy theory by major news outlets, but the professional opinions we’ve presented here, and the opinions and findings of other doctors and researchers should not be written off as radical viewpoints without at least a little consideration on readers’ parts.
The WHO is responsible for posting a colorful infographic in April of 2020 assuring readers that 5G was nothing to worry about; that it was NOT responsible for the spread of 5G. The text read, “Fact: 5G Mobile Networks do NOT spread viruses.”
The graphic goes on to say that “Viruses cannot travel on radio waves/mobile networks. Viruses spread in many countries that do not have 5G networks.”
“Viruses are spread through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes or speaks. People can also be infected by touching a contaminated surface and then their eyes, mouth or nose.”
The infographic was posted and seen by thousands. This could be a response to the destruction of 5G towers in Europe. The infographic only addresses claims by skeptics that believe the virus travels using radio waves but does not answer the instances of research performed by Dr. Pall, whose work indicates a negative effect upon the health of one’s immune system.
Dr. Pall summed it up best when he wrote, “The question that is being raised here is not whether 5G is responsible for the virus, but rather whether 5G radiation...may be exacerbating the viral replication or the spread or the lethality of the disease.”
The origins of 5G are definitely something to be wary of, as evidenced by ObiWan of QAnon. In an interview with Youtuber Shemane, ObiWan discussed the fact that the first city in which 5G debuted was Ground zero, China.
The completion of such a project appeared to come to completion in May of 2019, according to Xinhuanet.com article.
In the article, it is discussed that Hubei Province had built more than 300 5G base stations and had achieved full 5G coverage in its prefecture-level cities. The article also discussed the advent of 5G experience centers in which visitors could go to learn about the technology, experience and devices used for 5G, like VR glasses or robotic devices.
The last paragraph of the article is the most striking, however: “Ground zero, capital of Hubei, is one of the first pilot cities of the 5G network in China. So far, 5G technology has been applied in various fields in the city….” The article lists a few different ways in which the network has helped along tourism, medical care, and smart transportation.
And while we know that there is no single owner of the 5G technology, there is evidence to suggest the technology is being used against not only the people of China, but the entire world. Consider ObiWan’s statement regarding Huawei Technologies:
“Huawei was the Chinese Communist Party’s military telecommunication link,” he said. Huawei was also trying to sign contracts with the US Government and set their communication towers up here, but the efforts were stopped by President Trump.
ObiWan goes on to say that Ground zero was the first city in China to go full 5G, and this statement is supported by the Xinhua article.
After all, it appeared that China had bigger ideas in mind when it came to install their equipment in the US. It was in May of 2019 that the White House made the argument that companies like Huawei could attempt to install methods of getting around security measures- known as “backdoors”- to commit acts of espionage using American networks.
Huawei denied the accusations and stated that such words would not stop the growth of the telecommunications giant. Meanwhile heads of US intelligence agencies, such as the CIA and NSA, advised Americans against the use of ZTE and Huawei phones or other equipment.
Other infractions have been brought against Huawei, such as the incident in January of 2019 when the US Justice Dept. brought Huawei up on charges that included technology theft and obstruction of justice. Technology was stolen from T-Mobile, and the head of the FBI stated that the company refused to respect US laws on several occasions.
And even in the current year, the battle remains: a 2020 article on tech blog The Verge reports that Trump’s administration is fighting to cut ties with Huawei as 5G is ushered into the United States. The idea is to use only United States made equipment as the country moves into the next generation of mobile networks.
The action by Trump is not surprising- in 2019, for instance, the White House banned companies in the US from working with Huawei, Google being the primary example. Its Android license was yanked which allows Huawei smart devices to access the tech giant’s core software.
ObiWan goes on to say that Ground zero was the first city in China to go full 5G, and this statement is supported by the Xinhua article.
Huawei is truly a company that must be watched carefully, especially due to their huge size.
Huawei is the world’s largest telecom hardware supplier, and its creations are sold to companies large and small.
Huawei is vital to the Chinese government, and critical to its intelligence, writes Ben Weingarten of The Federalist. Weingarten’s research supports the statement previously made that Huawei is a servant to China’s Communist Party (CCP), aiding in spying and intelligence gathering whenever it is deemed vital.
The rise of Huawei has been helped along by huge support from the CCP, the stealing of intellectual property (such as US trade secrets), and by the general failure of others to see the dangers of this particular company. The end result is that the company has been able to undercut the competition while expanding business around the world, dominating the market in communications.
It became very clear that China’s plans for 5G were a threat for America, and both ObiWan and Weingarten make reference to this. Huawei is not only a company that is symbolic of China’s rise to power, it is a symbol that extreme care must be taken when dealing with the CCP. After all, Huawei is a key component in the Party’s goal of achieving worldwide domination.
In the nation’s effort to monopolize industry important to achieving such a goal, and the leveraging of said monopolies to bend to the will of the CCP, the goal of the CCP is an important and somewhat frightening one: Control the means of global telecommunication.
The way to do it? Use 5G. It is estimated that trillions of dollars rest upon the successful development of 5G. The technology can be used in both military and civilian applications. And while the technology is largely not safe, its use by China could be devastating to the US.
As Ben Weingarten writes, “During the Ground zero virus pandemic, we have seen the CCP threaten American lives through its control over medical supplies and willingness to withhold it from those in need. Imagine what kind of leverage the CCP would have over us if Huawei controlled the flow of information on which our increasingly digitized economy and society depends, including the internet of things.”
In China, 5G is also used in hospitals. This has been going on since November of 2019. Chinese hospitals, with the help of major telecom carriers (one of which was Huawei) launched a project that was designed to establish standards for 5G networks’ use in hospitals.
These also include 5G networks in the new virus facilities, namely Ground zero Volcan Mountain Hospital and Thunder Mountain Hospital. These two are known for their quick setup, having been built in just a little over one week.
Ironically enough, the headlines informing citizens of these developments bore titles such as, “Huawei Installs 5G in China Hospital to Fight Virus” and “Huawei Builds 5G in Ground zero Hospital, Aims to Indirectly Fight Virus.”
As you complete this chapter, you may be concerned about what you can do to help keep your family safe from 5G and its negative effects. Before we proceed any further, we want to clarify that 1) We are not medical professionals and cannot give any medical advice whatsoever, and 2) Any courses of treatment you seek for yourself or a loved one should be discussed with a trusted medical professional to ensure your safety.
We also cannot vouch for the effectiveness of such products as we have not personally tested them. However, others have found security in using these EMF-blocking products. It may be worthwhile to you to research these products and purchase them for yourself.
- EMF Pucks- These are orgonite pucks, molded into a somewhat circular shape, which can be placed around the home as a method of combating electromagnetic pollution. Orgonite is a blend of metals and resin, plus some crystals, and is known as an energy healing object. Pucks are sold in sets and can be placed around the home wherever you want them to be positioned. They are mostly black in color, although we have seen red variants. They are unobtrusive and blend right into your home without being noticeable.
- EMF Pendants- These pendants are able to be worn around the neck. They can be tucked into a shirt, so they do not intrude with a work uniform. Some are made of shungite, others are made of orgonite. They are unisex and can be worn by everyone. These are helpful in reducing radiation especially when away from the home.
- EMF Stickers and Cases- When looking into EMF stickers, our research indicated these were largely ineffective in reducing radiation. In fact, a HowStuffWorks article indicated that they could even draw more radiation out of your phone as it interferes with the signal on your device, making it work harder to communicate with the cell tower. Cases may seem like another great option, but if they truly blocked all radiation (such as a Faraday cage does) your cell would not be able to work. While we do not believe these last options to be effective, you should look into them for yourself and decide what’s best for your family.
Are there methods of protecting oneself in a natural way from the virus?
Vitamin C may be a natural and safe way to help fight this virus. After all, the virus is real; however, its severity is overdone.
Jay Campbell, health coach, worked with Dr. Kenneth Wilgers and Doris Loh, health researcher, to discover natural methods of guarding oneself against viruses.
Naturally, these methods are not discussed by the mainstream media. Campbell even writes, “You also want to avoid any mainstream disinformation outlet who convinces you to avoid using vitamin C through fear-inducing propaganda.”
Campbell sums up the findings of Doris Loh by saying, “...Vitamin C fights acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and thereby treats any virus.”
Other mainstream physicians, such as Dr. Joseph Mercola, and Dr. Sherri Tenpenny all supported the use of the vitamin in the fight against diseases as evidenced by tweets posted on social media.
Another angle to consider is the Wim Hof method. Wim Hof, known as the “Iceman”, attributes his ability to perform in extreme conditions to this method. This method involves frequent exposure to the cold, meditation, and breathing techniques. Practicing the method, states the Wim Hof website, will reawaken the body’s inner power. “Because we wear clothes and artificially control the temperatures at home and at work, we’ve greatly reduced the natural stimulation of our bodies,” which has in turn atrophied our body’s mechanisms related to survival and function. Learning how to utilize this method could make you stronger physically, mentally and emotionally, and thus make you less susceptible to viruses and other illnesses.
Zinc is another common nutrient that may have some benefits for those looking to guard against a disease.
One study published in 1996 followed 100 Cleveland Clinic employees who self-reported catching a cold. They were randomly divided into two groups, and 50 of them took lozenges that had 13.3 mg of zinc. The other half took placebos. This was a double-blind study- nobody knew who was taking placebos and who was taking the lozenges. The findings indicated that the people taking the zinc found their symptoms cleared up faster than those NOT using the zinc- 4.4 days versus 7.6 days.
Another publication, a Cochrane Review article, summarized a total of 18 randomized, controlled trials consisting of 1781 participants of varying age groups. The findings were such that zinc, in lozenge or syrup form, inhibited the replication of the virus which caused the common cold and even shortened the cold’s length, when taken within 24 hours of the onset of symptoms, with a dose of 75 mg and up.
Censorship is, unfortunately, part of the world in which we live. Researchers, protestors get censored on a daily basis. Their crime? Criticizing government measurements like lockdowns.
The worst part of the onslaught of censorship on platforms such as Google and YouTube is that people miss out on vital information that could help them greatly - even save their life.
In this final chapter, we will discuss big tech censorship.
Punish one, educate thousands
Bahner described the pandemic laws as being “flagrantly unconstitutional, infringing to an unprecedented extent many of the fundamental rights of citizens.” As a direct result she was locked up, taken to the psych ward, and violently abused by figures of authority.
The measures of lockdown, she argued, were not justifiable under the Infection Prevention Act, which had been hastily amended days before the lockdown.
She went further with her opinion, stating that the models used to simulate the outcomes of The virus failed to make use of expert opinions. She stated the shuttering of businesses and shops with zero indication that they posed any risk of infection was unlawful.
Bahner’s response to this was to organize. She called for a nationwide protest to take place on Easter Sunday, to “end the tyranny.” Heidelberg Police then announced she would be prosecuted for encouraging German citizens to break the law.
The outcome of Bahner’s actions would be detailed in an April 13 phone call to her sister from the Klinik für Allgemeine Psychiatrie as she described what happened to her while inside.
First, she said, she was followed by a car, to which her response was to ask another person to contact the police for her. Law enforcement showed up, put her in handcuffs and used force to push her down onto the ground.
Bahner describes her treatment as being similar to how terrorists would be treated.
Bahner states that she was permitted to sit down and took a seat on a bench. She requested to have her handcuffs removed but was denied the request and was thrown to the floor, her head hitting the hard, stone floor. She was forced to spend the night lying on the floor in a “high security Guantanamo psychiatric clinic” and mentioned that there was no toilet, no sink, and only water was provided for consumption. There was also a bell she could ring but her signals were ignored after the third time activating the bell.
Bahner was charged on April 14 with incitement, and her attorney stood by her 100% in her defense. “The mere fact she claimed to have been so badly abused was what prompted me to write to you. Bahner is in the company of 50 well known experts in criticizing the nationwide lockdown...If it really is the case lawyers critical of government measures can now be intimidated using the state legal apparatus or psychiatry, and can be professionally and socially destroyed, then it is five minutes to midnight in this country.”
The plight of Bahner is eerily similar to the suppression of so-called dissidents in the Soviet Union. These individuals were not criminals, but instead respected artists, scientists, and thinkers who questioned the legitimacy of the Communist party. For example, Boris Pasternak was told to deny his Nobel Prize. If one’s work appeared critical to the Soviet lifestyle, the dissident responsible for the criticism was declared insane and committed to a mental hospital or declared an enemy of the state and thrown into prison.
David Vaughn Icke is a former professional soccer player and sportscaster. He is an author with over 20 books written and now devotes his time to researching current affairs and how they affect other people.
His latest venture was into the realm of the virus. During a recent interview which was conducted via YouTube livestream, and over television airwaves, Icke discussed how The virus and 5G are connected. David Icke did not say explicitly that 5G causes the Virus- he said that immunity is lowered as a result of being exposed to 5G.
Icke is concerned that if 5G continues to develop, “Human life as we know it is over.”
Over the course of the 80-minute interview, Icke discussed the ideas that the virus pandemic was part of a greater plan to crash the economy, bring an end to the use of cash, and provide a method of tracking each and every individual person.
He explained that the virus numbers could easily be inflated by having the diagnosis for simple symptoms such as a cough be “the virus”, thereby pushing the narrative that the virus is running rampant and should be guarded against.
He brings up one example of a famed British comedian, Eddie Large, as having been reported as dying of virus, when in reality, the comedian passed away due to heart failure. Icke points out the use of words as a way to push the narrative: instead of saying a person died from the virus, you might read words such as “They died after testing positive for the virus.”
Figures are controlled, Icke argues, by the way you test and by designating who has died from The virus, among other methods.
The broadcast brought sanctions against a London TV station- London Live- by UK media regulation service Ofcom for posing a “public health threat” thanks to misinformation given about The virus by Icke while on the air.
Icke also expressed beliefs that The virus was being used by the United States as a weapon of war against Iran. His views also included an opinion that a plan to immunize the world using a vaccine was nothing more than a plan to infect the general population with toxic agents.
The interview was a strong sign of how such information is censored. The London Live television broadcast was viewed by just 80,000 people but was brought under close scrutiny and sanctions thanks to broadcast regulators.
The interview, before being removed from YouTube, had racked up over 6 million views.
Unfortunately, the banning of David Icke’s ideas and research is nothing new. The manner in which YouTube and other platforms and services are censoring Virus information are stepping on the civil liberties of people around the world.
An interview with Icke was the London Real’s most popular video on YouTube, coming in at 4.9 million views after being posted on March 18. The banned interview was on track to become just as, if not more, popular as it racked up over a quarter million views within just 30 minutes of being posted. It was deleted 30 minutes later.
A one-hour version of the video was posted also, says London Real host Brian Rose, but that was deleted also- but not after racking up 50,000 views.
Youtube’s reasoning behind the matter was “Any content that disputes the existence or transmission of The virus, as described by the WHO, and local health authorities, is in violation of YouTube policies. This includes conspiracy theories which claim that the symptoms are caused by 5G.”
The WHO, which is considered the world’s premier health information organization, is known to have been working with the Chinese in pushing the belief that the disease cannot be spread from humans to humans.
Facebook has been notorious for censoring information related to The virus. This, of course, is an “effort to combat misinformation,” as if the general public cannot research information for themselves and decide what they believe. However, they backpedaled recently and Guy Rosen, VP of Integrity for Facebook, stated “We’re going to start showing messages in News Feed to people who have liked, reacted or commented on harmful misinformation on The virus that we have since removed.”
The messages, he stated, will connect people to The virus myths that have been debunked by the WHO- including ones that have been removed by the platform that could cause physical harm. The goal is to connect users with “authoritative sources” in case the false claims are heard or seen again off Facebook.
The social media platform Twitter is not much better when it comes to The virus censorship. In March of 2020, Twitter updated its safety guidelines to prevent tweets that could put people at a larger risk of transmitting The virus. The policy banned tweets that went against expert’s guidance or advice regarding the virus, encouraged fake or ineffective cures, preventions and diagnostic methods, as well as postings that mislead users, such as posts designed to look like they are from health experts.
Twitter went on to say that it will require users to “remove Tweets”. Twitter stated that they will take context, such as account history, into consideration when it comes to enforcing this policy. The policy remains in effect currently, and the platform states that having others remove their tweets is nothing new. “When we determine that a tweet violated the Twitter rules, we require the violator to remove it before they can tweet again.”
Other banned tweets include calls to action that incite other users to act in a way that is counter to the recommendations of health authorities. One such example reads, “Virus is a fraud and not real...” and ends with the recommendation that the reader go out and patronize their local pub.
Tweets are also banned in which people post medical advice- text such as, “If you have a dry cough, that’s Virus- but a wet cough is not.” Claims based upon race and virus are also banned- such as the John McAfee tweet suggesting The virus does not attack Black individuals.
According to an April 19 announcement broadcast on CNN, Susan Wojcicki, CEO of YouTube, announced that “YouTube will ban any content containing medical advice that contradicts the WHO virus recommendations.”
This includes anything that is “medically unsubstantiated,” Wojcicki stated. “Anything that goes against the World Health Organization recommendations would be a violation of our policy.”
The gesture is designed to guard against misinformation but is a prime example of censorship and bowing to central authority, and to the WHO.
Censorship surrounding this crisis is a real threat to the knowledge of the people.Leading social media outlets such as Twitter and Facebook have deleted tweets and posts for “Spreading misinformation” about The virus.
For example, consider the video posted by Brazilian PResident Jair Bolsonaro. Bolsonaro posted a video stating that hydroxychloroquine was “totally effective”when it came to treating The virus. On many occasions, President Bolsonaro has downplayed the severity of the virus and encouraged Brazilian citiens to go about their business as usual, avoiding social distancing.
This censorship of a powerful world leader is disguised as care, with Facebook removing information that “could cause physical harm.” Bolsonaro posted a video of himself speaking to people on the streets of Taguatinga about the matter. Statements issued to media outlets like The Verge and Buzzfeed stated that the reason for its deletion was the claims made about hydroxychloroquine.
Other leaders speaking out about the virus have also had their tweets or posts deleted. Lawyer to President Trump and former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani was also the victim of tweet removal when he quoted Charlie Kirk saying that the hydroxychloroquine drug was “100% effective” when used to treat the virus.
Censorship also presents itself in the form of a somewhat Orwellian-sounding organization in the UK. According to the BBC, a “Rapid Response Unit” created within the cabinet office has been established. THe purpose of this unit is to work in tandem with social networks to shut down fake news and get rid of harmful content- in other words, to silence users that promote a narrative other than the mainstream media’s.
Researchers and thinkers promoting a narrative of knowledge and action instead of one centered upon fear are also being censored. One of the primary examples is that of David Icke, whose discussion of the connection between 5G and the virus on the program of London Real was banned on Facebook and Youtube, relegated to alternative media news sources such as Infowars.
Things only became worse for Mr. Icke, whose entire Youtube channel was deleted as a result of violating Youtube’s policies. A spokeswoman for the platform stated that it was policy to prohibit content that disputed the transmission and existence of the virus as described by the WHO and NHS.
Icke left behind nearly a million followers in his wake, and when the video was reposted by another user, Youtube banned all videos of “conspiracy theories” that linked 5G and Virus.
Few Out of Many
These are just a few instances of censorship out of many. The more we learn and the more research that is conducted about this pandemic, the more the truth will spread.
Conclusion
